I paid Foneyam however the ref was incorrect. I sent an email with pop on Friday, they only responded on Tue that my query was escalated to finance . The service is ****, I called and was sent from pillar to post. Finally got through to someone, she checked with finance & was told that I must send pop again because they didn't get it. The pop is attached on email. They keep calling that I haven't paid yet I have sent an email with pop. They keep telling me to call the customer line however I have done that and got no help. Ya'll better sort this out because I have played my part by calling and sending pop.
I called on the 9th to complain about your Sun protect anti-aging & sent photos. There's a yellow substance like oily that comes out & the cream gets left behind. This was escalated to merchandising till today! What must I use in the mean time like what must happen? Your service is **** I must say. Must I go to the store to cause a scene for me to be attended? I do my toiletries at Clicks but not anymore!!!
I had a complained contacted the customer line which takes forever to get to the agent. They have been giving me different email address to forward my complaint. I also wrote on their twitter page with no response. I can't seem to win but I want my refund on that diffusor, it's not releasing order like the other bottles I have been buying since December. I bought three & the quality is disappointing.
Just had a horrible experience with an uber driver from Soweto Lesiba Aubrey. He's an angry old man that could not read his GPS then blames me for not finding my address. He was not professional he didn't even greet back he told me that he blames me for not finding directions i mean how is that my issue. He took me back to my address, however, he didn't even drop me off where he took me. He noted that he's doing me a favour Lol what an angry man.
I am disappointed to say the least. There's a doctors claim of R1800 which Malcor has not paid. How can i pay an amount like this when I'm on plan B? You people have been telling me that you investigating, the agents has not called me back like they said they would. I have followed up yesterday on a claim that was made in February. All the rides that I took was paid in cash therefore I still do not understand the negative balance of R76 that I had to pay. Your service is very poor on the help desk. I still want a proper explanation of how i incurred R76.
Medforum in Pretoria referred me to a debt collector for a copayment of R361.70 which I settled in November 2023. I even sent proof of payment. How the hell do you guys make such an error? Firstly your service was very bad ya'll discharging me in the middle of the night then this! No wonder your reviews notes that ya'll are like a public hospital.
My mother and I purchased the Lisa mirror watch only to find that the set up is crazy and confusing. I wrote to Avon on Monday to send a rep to set up the watch. They responded with a manual on Wed on how to set it up. This manual is also confusing how the hell do ya'll expect us to set this up? You people must send a rep to set it up. The process was smooth sailing, and my court date happened sooner than expected I was so excited. I received my court order!!! I appreciate the service post the debt removal - taking me through the process of rebuilding my credit score. Financial freedom here I come!
