Cell C debit order Once again, only cell C I have requested to change the banking details of the debit order, cell C confirmed it had been changed but yet still tried to debit my old account which puts me in a very bad mood and situation This is TOTALLY understandable!!! Not happy GR BURGER
I keep getting very ugly msgs to pay my TV License, but there is no way to contact them to ask their banking details to pay them, I will not load my banking details online to these government *******, the number I found online just rings and as per normal no one there to answer the phone or not even sure if anyone there is working, Just keeping milking us, i am not even using my TV for ANY SABC or anything related to them since long ago but I must still pay, now just to get them of my back I want to pay but can't get hold of them at all .....
Have you had good cell c signal lately? I am with cell c and my signal sucks everywhere I go, any call I get or make, sounds like so much interference, very very bad bad signal the they want to adjust the pricing...AGAIN? For enhancing connectivity, daylight *******
I spoke to Thabang Marima just before 08:30 this morning, and please go listen to the call to hear if I was not asking in the correct manner, and his voice tone became very rude to me. He did not listen to my question and do not deserve to be working for a corporate bank! All I want to know if where can I see the payment history of once off payments , not recipients! I used to be able to see it on my banking app, but now I can not and this is very important to me, being a private client to FNB actually means nothing to them and I am considering moving to another bank. My fees are so high as a private client end this guy expects me to pay for payment histories why??

Trying to make a long story short It took me 17 years to pay off my debt now I want to buy a house, but I can't because I do not have any debt. So I need a clothing account or something and a credit card. So I start with my bank (FNB) for the credit card (as I thought being a private client and a good record with my bank this shouldn't be a problem), credit card application declined because 2 negative Wesbank listings. I asked for clarification and the FNB "Private Banker" said he doesn't know I must speak to Wesbank. So am I wrong in saying no, YOU told ME of my negative listings so you should tell me what they are for?? And now I am being ignored or told stuff like "We have tried to contact wesbank on your behalf and acquire the information. The Wesbank collections consultant advised that the mailbox does take a while to get a response, and they do not provide information regarding their clients to any third party including advisors. They deal directly with the client. While we understand your preference for email correspondence, we kindly recommend that you contact WesBank Collections directly at 0861 288 272. This will allow you to receive prompt and detailed assistance regarding your account. Additionally, you may request that any information provided during the call be sent to you via email for your records." You DON'T understand my frustration and I keep telling YOU I have no accounts with WESBANK!!!!! I have already moved my son and my wife to Capitec and I will soon join them there . . .
DEBITING ACCOUNTS - *****ING!!!!! I knew when I wrote this review, on 01 Apr 2025 at 10:10 am they asked me to reply privately, I shouldn't have!! My son's account was successfully removed and transferred to my name, we even went to FNB to BLOCK the debit order and they still try to debit his account, he is unemployed and is now in a minus AGAIN, because of this stupid cell c, they don't even reply to my emails anymore, pathetic
I keep getting this message and I really do not know what to do anymore!!! The account was on my name, then transferred to my son's name to try and build him some credibility, then cell c completely messed up the debit order dates, and we paid the account every time manually, until I decided to transfer the account back to my name, and yet, even if the account is still up to date we still get this irritation of a message!!! Kind Regards, Kelly from Cell C I have phoned cell c, I have been in store, nothing actually help, my profile is 20years old with them but still they do not care about their customers or listen when we speak. Maybe this route will help lets see PLEASE CANSEL THE DEBIT ORDER MANDATE
I have been a customer with Cell C for 20 years now, And every single customer is just a number. NO ONE brings costs down anymore, they say things like this ""As we continue to improve on service delivery, we have also considered the ongoing economic pressures and rising costs. While this has necessitated that we implement adjustments to our pricing, we will be keeping the average increase as low as 8% across various tariff plans and Out Of Bundle rates, effective 1st December 2024"" but still increases the pricing instead of bringing the prices down. i have seven contracts with Cell C in order to look after me and my family, so all of us have good enough devices to be able to work on and with. but from now on every single upgrade will have to go to a sim only, or pay as you go as I can not afford them anymore. Everyone keeps pushing prices up but income goes down, can't anybody do the math anymore??? I must say these guys still believe in customer service, they are doing their best always from my personal experience, even on a Saturday until the afternoon, even phoned me on Sunday to see if i was connected. But i can never say this about mweb ever
