Guys I don’t know if Spar retail crossing will read this but I’d love if they conveyed this message to all Spars across the country to actually make their confectionery the way (Retail Crossing) does. Their croissant are so perfect, baked to perfection. Inside it’s not just air, it’s actually bread, so good and worth it. I don’t know man I’ve not experienced any Spar like that and I’m only a visitor from CT when I come to JhB and use their products. So great. Keep it up

Guys I don’t know if Spar retail crossing will read this but I’d love if they conveyed this message to all Spars across the country to actually make their confectionery the way (Retail Crossing) does. Their croissant are so perfect, baked to perfection. Inside it’s not just air, it’s actually bread, so good and worth it. I would like to share my experience with Spar retail crossing, the level of service in your store especially there by the kitchen, I have been patient but now I have ran out of patience yes I'm in retail too but those two ladies the I went to buy packet of fried chips I understand I had to wait for them to prepare but they assisted people who came after me I asked twice for chips until they assisted one of the employees there . Those ladies are so *********** Im sorry but I had to say it

One of the best tops I'll always go to...always have the stock I want, shelfs are perfectly packed,the guy there is so friendly and very helpful!!! Linden is very good in what he is doing .keep up the good work

Today, 9 January 2025 I went to buy some groceries and tried to take advantage of the promos they had. The cashier wasn't very friendly when I tried to make sure that the promos had scanned properly resulting in some issues where some products actually didn't scan. I also paid in full for the sunlight auto washing powder which was meant it be R69. What's more frustrating is that the cashier didn't give me back my till slip! Don't run promos if this is the result. Honestly frustrating

Today, 9 January 2025 I went to buy some groceries and tried to take advantage of the promos they had. The cashier wasn't very friendly when I tried to make sure that the promos had scanned properly resulting in some issues where some products actually didn't scan. I also paid in full for the sunlight auto washing powder which was meant it be R69. What's more frustrating is that the cashier didn't give me back my till slip! I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent purchase from the store that has caused considerable distress and potential health risks to my pregnant fiancé. On 12/07/2024, My Fiancé purchased Premade Cheesecake from Super Spar Retail Crossing, Cnr Hendrik Potgieter & Diederichs Street, Strubensvalley, Strubensvalley. Upon consuming the product, my fiancé discovered that it was not only expired but also contained visible mold. This incident has been extremely distressing, especially considering her current state of pregnancy, where health and nutrition are of utmost importance. To add to our distress, when she brought this issue to the attention of your store supervisor, Samantha, she was met with a lack of sympathy and concern. Although the supervisor did offer a refund, we are not concerned with the amount of the product. Rather, our primary concern is the health and well-being of my fiancée and our unborn child. The supervisor did not offer any additional assistance or propose any action to address the potential health risks. The combination of purchasing expired, moldy food and receiving such poor treatment from your staff is deeply troubling. We have always trusted your store for quality products and reliable service, but this incident has significantly undermined that trust.
