DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I wish I came onto Hello Peter before I made my purchase! What disgusting service! I ordered headsets on the 28th of November I wanted to do a pick up option instead of have them delivered because of time, however the website did not allow this. When I called in to ask why, they told me that its was because of stock. I told them that the fourways store had stock because I called them- still this was ignored!! I then went on with the delivery option and 6 days later, no delivery! Someone from aramax called me yesterday (03/12) for my address which I did put on the system. This morning a lady from the fourways store called to ask if I received my order! The shocking thing is the courier guys collected the headsets from the fourways store the same store they said they had no stock! To **** me off even further, I am right across from the mall.... but yet I still have not received my order. As I type this, I have been trying to call back the lady at the store since she didn't get back to me like she said she would. SHAME INCREDIBLE CONNECTION YOU HAVE DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! SIES! NEVER AGAIN!

Great service from the clinic
Yesterday, I went for my health check at the Dis-Chem Clinic in Fourways Mall and was assisted by Sister Ntombi — what a gem she is! She was so gentle, professional, and incredibly informative. Going for a pap smear is always a little daunting, but she made the experience so much easier and more comfortable. Truly grateful for her care and kindness!

I bought a Safeway hairdryer from clicks- less than 2years and the cord exploded while my daughter was doing her hair, leaving her in severe pain. Her hand was shaking uncontrollably for hours!

MIDEA 13KG TOP LOADER BAD BUY!
I am utterly disappointed and so damn sad! On the 2nd of April, I bought the Midea 13kg top loader washing machine from Makro after having a Samsung one for many years. I have always been bran conscious and now I know why. The Midea machine now has a banging noise when it spin drys. It even moves/jumps and then stops!!!!! I am about to just lose my mind honestly!!! MIDEA BETTER MAKE CONTACT WITH ME!

Leon Oosthuizen What an amazing guy! Been dealing with you for a few months on the Ford Ranger XLT deal and not once did you get despondent or give up. You have made this process easy and seamless and that motivated me not to give up. Its been a journey, but having you as my sales manager made it all worth it! Finally picked up my vehicle on the 15/03 and again you wowed me yet again by going through everything step by step from signing all the paper work to the inspection and me finally driving off. FRUSTRATED
Telkom need to really get their facts straight! I do not owe you anything! Please remove me from your list! I called for a new contract and was told i have a balance outstanding which is definitely not the case and you consultants are damn RUDE! Your level of customer service is OUT THE WINDOW and a major turn off!

Noisy unprofessional agent
16h41 received a call from one of your agents- as i answered the call, the agent was having a loud conversation with someone else. Terrible noise in the background it sounded like they were chilling at a car wash or something. The agent was unprofessional even when i raised this with him. Please train your staff properly if you want anyone to take you seriously. To top it all, someone had already called me earlier in the day about the same thing. So no record is kept? I took up cover with you, dont make me regret my choice.

Bad service on promo lines
Today, 9 January 2025 I went to buy some groceries and tried to take advantage of the promos they had. The cashier wasn't very friendly when I tried to make sure that the promos had scanned properly resulting in some issues where some products actually didn't scan. I also paid in full for the sunlight auto washing powder which was meant it be R69. What's more frustrating is that the cashier didn't give me back my till slip! Don't run promos if this is the result. Honestly frustrating
