I spoke to 3 people at Idirect and their moral is so low. Their not friendly they sound like they doing you a favor. its terrible. When I end the call I feel terrible myself because I felt like I am bothering them. What are you guys doing to the employees there, It makes me not wanna continue my insurance with you and I joined in 2020. All I wanted to do was upgrade. One of them even put down the call on me.
This is ****ing ridiculous. I am appalled by your service and communication!!! HOW IN THE WORLD DOES A PERSON GO 5 ****ING WHOLE DAYS WITHOUT CONNECTION. Your twitter person keeps apologizing endlessly not giving out when the solution will be fixed, what is the actual problem is and how serious it is. FIX THE ****ING PROBLEM!!! your a fibre company for **** sake. You literally have one job for crying out loud your not supposed to be offline for this ****ing long. I am about to loose my job because I do not have one email from you guys, not even a banner talking about connection problems absolutely ****ing NOTHING!!! I have never in my entire life been this unhappy with your service. Even the government ****ing warns us about power outages but you are out here taking our money month by month but do no even have the decency to Communicate anything. Your consultants are as weak as the twitter person because they also cant help me with information. FIX THE ****ING PROBLEM!!!!!!!
Listen here. I was assisted initially by the sales team for a quote HOWEVER when I spoke to retentions team( i think their in retentions) specfifically Thabiso Letsoela, the energy was different and the service was amazing. I can say it was through this person that I actually can fully say that the service at Absa insurance was great. Keep it up please. Its hard enough on the consumer to find insurance.
This is more of an oral surgeon that is concerned more about target market & making money more than anything. I went to them and when they asked for medical authorization and medical aid rejected; they could not be bothered to motivate because it’s not how their “processes “work. Yet I go to another oral surgeon and they can motivate with my medical aid for my wellbeing. And my authorization was accepted. Absolutely disappointing experience. I guess their “processes” don’t concentrate on the patience wellbeing first. But I have learnt my lesson on choosing the right doctor.
I purchased a Samsung washing machine on the 21st March. I then proceeded to cancel the order due to unforeseen circumstances. I called in to cancel the order and requested a refund. The lady over the phone agreed. It is now 2MONTHS later and I still have not received my refund. I have been sending endless emails with dead ends. The owner/manager of the store is "never around" to take my call and informs the lady to tell me that payment will be done in 48hours and I still have not received anything. I get it, lock-down has us all over the place however this company refuses to communicate with me in a truthful manner. Being in lockdown is also not a reason to NOT refund clients their money back. They owe me R5200. That is a lot of money for a company to runaway with. I am now being told they are waiting for samsung to open which has nothing to do with refunding my money back. REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!

The below email was sent to FNB credit card department and more than a week later I still have not received a response. All i wanna do is cancel my credit card that i do not have and cannot use however I am owing. When I call in they tell me to email them. and now im here. Hi I would like to cancel my FNB credit card. I applied for a credit card two weeks ago. It arrived last Friday and i was not told by the consultant that assisted to apply for the card that I need to activate it before using it. So my knowledge-less ass walked myself to the ATM to withdraw some money from my new credit card only to be given a receipt saying card has been deactivated and to go to the branch. SO again my ass went to the branch ( and I hate branches btw) to activate my new credit card. It took about an hour to activate it and this is excluding waiting time. Once I was officially verified and activated my card I then go to the ATM ONE AGAIN to withdraw some money and now it says my card has no funds, zero available credit. SO now i had to go back into the branch to question this nonsense to spend another 3 hours at he branch to be told that fraud has been committed on the card and a case was logged for me. Case Number 39531089. I do not know if that a real case number I got it from a piece of a paper from the lady at the branch. After that I am then informed that my card has been cancelled because if the fraud stuff. The lady at the branch then decides to go ahead without my consent to cut the card into pieces and now my ass is sitting here with NO CARD! Today my ass is sitting here and an sms pops up on my phone saying I need to pay a minimum payment of R195 for a card of I do not have because its for an initiation that i was not told about. I am over this entire thing please close it down please. Do not ask questions.
How does one apply for a credit card 3 weeks ago and I have to call in 3 times constantly asking where my card is because i have not received confirmation on its where abouts and still have not. BUT i receive a statement telling me how much is dues but WITH NO CARD and the incorrect limit on the statement. What kinda of glich is this in your system! Trust has honestly been lost, you guys are messing with my credit score more than anything and it seems like being a loyal customer does not have any weight to it. Unbelievable. Im closing the account before I even use it. Hopefully service of another bank will be better than this.
I logged a call with telkom because i was buying data however it was disappearing like no one's business. I was told i would be called in 3 days and today I received a sms telling my case has been resolved. CASE NUMBER 29068185 I am complaining because all i needed was a summary of where my data is disappearing to and now my case has been resolved with no assistance. you guys are gonnna call us after 3 days and give a person ONE call and expect them to be available with no follow up email. I want this issue to be resolved!
I had written a complaint about my banking app. Clint Petersen from Standard Bank came to the rescue. :) My issue after so many years has been resolved. Straight forward, Patient, kind and to the point. I would like to honestly thank him as he came through like a hero. A part of my life has been made 10 times easier. I am indeed staying in with standard. :) Thank You so much Clint.
