On the 27 of February 2020, I ordered 70 x JBL Tune 500BT Headphones through George & Noni & My Digital Store. Full payment was made to them on the 6th of March 2020 for an amount of R48 685.00. On the 11th of March 2020, I followed up on delivery & was told that there was a backlog on JBL's side and they would receive stock on the 16th of March. On the 24th of March 2020, I was informed that they still had not received the stock and then the country went into lockdown from the 26th of March. On the 1st of June 2020, I contacted Noni re: the order & was informed that they had not received the stock from JBL, but that they would receive the stock by the 26th of June. On the 29th of June, I sent a follow-up mail to Noni to query the order, but no response has been received as yet. I have tried calling the landline number - 010-109-5094, but the number is engaged. I have also tried calling George the manager on his cell - 082-822-2619, but he doesn't answer his phone. I urgently need to take delivery of these items and must say that I'm appalled by the fact that full money has been paid, but the goods have not been received & no-one has had the decency to get back to me with the status of the order.

I purchased a Samsung washing machine 15kg on 25 March 2020 online from mydigitalstore they could not be able to deliver then because of a lockdown..it’s approaching the third month now since I had purchased the machine but have not delivered my machine yet....I have sent an email to info@mydigitalstore.co.za to request for a refund since it’s been too long but have not received any feedback from them they don’t even call to explain what’s the holdup. What makes me worry even more their website is not available if you go to www.mydigitalstore.co.za I really need to get my refund it’s winter time so I can buy my washing machine elsewhere I really need help with this it’s been too long am really getting worried that it was not a scam

We bought a deal at mydigitalstore.co.za on 20 March 2020 (order 1182) for a Samsung Fridge, which they are unable to fulfill according to their own acknowledgement. I have asked them to refund our money, but now we don’t get feedback. Not that they gave me any feedback prior. If I did not follow up all the time, I would not have known that they are unable to deliver the product. I now see that their website is not operational, which is obviously a further concern. Also, they are now blaming Samsung for not being able to fulfill their deal and the communications between themselves and Samsung, which they attached, are through a company called Apptronics, so be warned that this company has many names/faces. The Paygate transaction shows that the registered company name is The Trading Lab Pty Ltd. Just praying that we will get our money back, as we are still without a fridge, but I promise to hunt the owners of these businesses down - I hate it when people don't do ethical business!!!

I purchased a Samsung washing machine on the 21st March. I then proceeded to cancel the order due to unforeseen circumstances. I called in to cancel the order and requested a refund. The lady over the phone agreed. It is now 2MONTHS later and I still have not received my refund. I have been sending endless emails with dead ends. The owner/manager of the store is "never around" to take my call and informs the lady to tell me that payment will be done in 48hours and I still have not received anything. I get it, lock-down has us all over the place however this company refuses to communicate with me in a truthful manner. Being in lockdown is also not a reason to NOT refund clients their money back. They owe me R5200. That is a lot of money for a company to runaway with. I am now being told they are waiting for samsung to open which has nothing to do with refunding my money back. REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!
