There is a company called cashrall whereby you can convert your PayPal funds to rand value, likewise I trusted the platform sent my PayPal funds to them so I could withdraw, they have not responded I'm heading for the second week now and did escalate it but still no response in short I guess I was ****med because even their website is no longer working for over a week now
Good day, my name is Tsholofelo Mojela. I made an online purchase via MrD delivery, I was charged twice for the purchase I made. First I did an Eft but received error from tymbank. Then decided to make payment via a debit card (capitec) and money was deducted. Later in the day I received an sms from tymebank that money was deducted. I have escalated the matter that I was charged twice, attached both my tymebank and capitec statement to show proof of payment but I receive response that only one amount was deducted can you kindly assist Tsholofelo 0723182241/0788773231
I purchased a Samsung washing machine 15kg on 25 March 2020 online from mydigitalstore they could not be able to deliver then because of a lockdown..it’s approaching the third month now since I had purchased the machine but have not delivered my machine yet....I have sent an email to info@mydigitalstore.co.za to request for a refund since it’s been too long but have not received any feedback from them they don’t even call to explain what’s the holdup. What makes me worry even more their website is not available if you go to www.mydigitalstore.co.za I really need to get my refund it’s winter time so I can buy my washing machine elsewhere I really need help with this it’s been too long am really getting worried that it was not a scam
