Maxprop umlanaga evil agents

The umlanaga rocks staff have been managing our complex for years. They have let trustees get away with so much of ******** activities. Such as not paying levies Have allowed trustees that were removed from office come back in and spend our complex ten year maintenance plan. They **** in court that there was no grass around my car after it was damaged by their garden service provider from stones and debrie They contract unregistered businesses that dont follow labour laws and taxs laws. They probably have family in our complex and using this complex as they feeding ground or created a syndicate. They keep increasing there fees and threaten us about increases if we try to reason with them.

They keep changing the team that handles our complex portfolio and yet they all work in the same office they do this so that they can delay and forget about issues.

Umlanga needs new staff so far nothing good have come out of these people. They know that maxprop will stand for them so they dont take any accountablilty directly.

Please log complaints directly to the PPRA should you have simi**** experinces. I would not trust them or take their word for anything.
