I personally look at post net to be one of the best courier companies. Its very unfortunate that i have to log a complaint about my experience. I had my partner to drop of a parcel for me which i rarely do - the cashier doesn't give her the waybill - he takes a picture that so blur she had to go back to get the physical copy. the customer doesn't get an sms either because hes number is captured wrong on the waybill. I am very disappointed with the service that all i can say .
I had a claim for damages cause to my car whilst our garden service provided trimmed grass around my car when parked at bay. The trustees have failed us in many ways , from them not paying their levies , to mis management of money and inconsistencty in every aspect of their self elected service. I summoned the managing agents and the service provider to court. The service provider brought the trustees to lie that there was never grass around my car and that stone marks where from somewhere else. Even after me filing all the documents weeks in advance the commissioner denied having any evdience in front of him. He still proceeded with the case though. This was our 3rd time to court after the first 2 commissioners adjoured due to not know if its in their judisdiction and allowed them time to bring evidence. Only to have mine taken out. The commissioners volunteer to do this job , Yet magistrates are striking for a increase of 90k salary increase. How easily can these commissioners be bribed ? My pillay didnt even have his answer he asked us for our email address to send him the missing evidence and he will inform us of the outcome via email 4 days later. Only for him to show me he was a snake in disguise assisting them to gather all information i have against them. To tell me that my case was dismissed on the lack of evidence when i had sent him more than enough. He knew that the appeal process is expensive and will have to go to the high and will have support the industry he works in to challenge his poor and unfair judgement. The clerks of the court are also very difficult to work with. They are just as ******* as their commissioners. I hope that all these *******ed people in durban are evenutally caught and serverly punished for their crimes. Imagine going to be judged by someone that as already planned your downfall. So it means thar if you choose law of other professions you get to break it and get away with it. Its very disturbing i hope almighty God gives true Justice.
I have always looked up to liberty group until i had an experince from one of their staff members. The lady is a trustee at our complex for the last 3 years. A trustee with a fudiciary duty to ensure the best interest of the stakeholders. After my experince with her on a professional level did i learn that she worked for liberty the company i was on the verge of moving over to. The best way to understand a company is buy its staff. This lady has **** in court , broken her word and have been dealing with ******* companies the list goes on. If i could offer you one piece of advice it would be to reconsider your decision staying with this company. When it comes to insurance even though everything is on paper the people you deal with are most important. The lady ive dealt with has given me a new perspective of how the durban branch and joining them. If one can keep to their own word how can you trust them to keep to yours. Im very disoppointed and it is very unlikely that i would ever join liberty again. Who can you trust ? Only time will tell!
The umlanaga rocks staff have been managing our complex for years. They have let trustees get away with so much of ******** activities. Such as not paying levies Have allowed trustees that were removed from office come back in and spend our complex ten year maintenance plan. They **** in court that there was no grass around my car after it was damaged by their garden service provider from stones and debrie They contract unregistered businesses that dont follow labour laws and taxs laws. They probably have family in our complex and using this complex as they feeding ground or created a syndicate. They keep increasing there fees and threaten us about increases if we try to reason with them. They keep changing the team that handles our complex portfolio and yet they all work in the same office they do this so that they can delay and forget about issues. Umlanga needs new staff so far nothing good have come out of these people. They know that maxprop will stand for them so they dont take any accountablilty directly. Please log complaints directly to the PPRA should you have simi**** experinces. I would not trust them or take their word for anything. They only in it for money
Csos dispute resolution procedure inconsistent. My matter was moved for adjudication due to trustee being unwilling address issues during concilation. It was a friday and i was asked to submit my final submission that monday to the durban branch. A very short notice and a weekend to sacfrice they set me up for failure. Prior to this we waiting for a response from the trustees and managing agents over 2 months, they forgot about my application. I had to remind the concilator several times. Its been 8 months since i sent them my final submission to the Durban branch. I requested feedback about my case via email and attached both the ombudsman and manager at the durban branch. I dont even get a response from them. Ive read articles in the paper about csos and how they choose big companies in these applications but i never new it was true. To those in the same suituation we should boycott csos for having double standards. If you agree please get into contact with me and we can create a whatsapp group. Agent at broad way durban north wasted wasted R20 rand of my airtime then told me the deliveries are closed after taking all my information down. Acts like she doesnt know the area im living at - i just got of the phone with her very bad service waste of time dont use this service.
I went into the store at spring field just browsing to see what interesting stuff they had , my son like a toy like a plush toy it was abit over priced for a plush so i told him il think about it. After considering it i decided i would like to buy it . I called in a few minutes ago a guy that cant speak english properly tells me they dont keep toys like that. I told him i was there a few days ago and i saw it, let me speak to someone else. This other lady comes she cant even pronounce her own name properly and tells me the same thing. They seem very confused to be working in a toy store. I spent over 10 minuites on a call i paid for just for her to confirm they they have it. Now apparantely the price has also increased in less than 5 days. I dont believe that this shop is affiliated with toys r us. Very poorly trained and managed staff i hope they get people who actually know about toys and not just random people to work there.
The plan is to not assist you and delay proceedure until your cases is closed with them. It will cost them nothing speaking over than to get legally involved in your claim or issues. They know that nobodys going to do anything about how they work and they all look out for each other in the durban branch. They continue ignoring their clients and stop assiting. They make it something common were people think thats how this companies works. They are not suppose to treat their clients like this, you need to complain to the legal practice counsel , please give them a call and report bad service from the company and agents they need to be accountable for what they are doing. They are working and getting paid to do a job that they not doing. Please do not waste time or think twice complain to the legal practice counsel. Internal remedies can always be minipulated, Theyl just say we deal with alot of clients and its tough when in reality they are the cause of the angry and hurt that make clients respond in this manner. Please report them to the legal practice counsel they are all workers nothing special about them. They can be replaced with people that actually will help you.
Please direct your complaints to the LPC , sending to complaints to the people who are abusing you is not going to help they are all in this together. Do not stop complaining about what you experince thats what they want to happen. Dont be afriad of the call center lawyers , they are just employees and have to follow the employment act. I have spoken to many of their lawyers some of them dont even know the law themselves and may never have set foot in a court room. I have taught them things they didnt know , dont be fooled but these people , they are not here to help they only want to make jobs for themselves so they can get paid and live comfortably they dont give a rats @ss about you and what your going through. They either planning to evetually gain the people you challenging to be their clients or go work for them. The durban branch is a circus all i see is clowns juggling my documents from one clown to another. This what you pay for ? Please contact the CPA and also log complaints about the way they do business. They are unwilling to help - i hope they get 10 times worse than what they made me experince. Dont be afriad to speak your mind they dont care about you why should you care about them?
The lady who was acting as their regional manager left, they new guy told me hes working there for 3 months. They are desprate for staff and to keep the business running so whatever agents do they just dont bother deciplining them because it cost to much to replace them. The lady that was handling my civil matter closed the file and got promoted. I need to keep explaining myself to any tom **** and harry. Ive visited their durban branch twice and spoke to the new manager till to date no one as called me and he does not want to respond to my emails. Its best to log complaints to LPC and get things resolved the right way. Their are so many complaints about this company its obvious they are not doing what they suppose to. People forget this is just another company making a living and are scared to challenge them. There are free services such as legal aid that can help you challenge this company and the LPC. If you make no effort and complain on hello peter all the time nothing will change. There agents are rude , have bad manners and no respect for their clients. They will always do this because no one is complaining to the LPC. The company also operates in a manner which is there to irrate and annoy their clients. Example you call in - they confirm your details , they then transfer you to someone else who does the same thing and confirms all your information for the second time. That is very unprofessional , that itself will tell you that your dealing this people that are creating jobs for them selfs . Acting like they swamped with work when they could sort out your issues in a few minutes. How can you trust someone to help you when they intentions are to abuse you. The staff are very rude - please contact the CEO directly as this might make him aware if whats happening in their company. Im sure il get a call to about this an waste an hour of my time. If you not calling me about my current issues dont bother calling. The agents may know the people you have issues with or they maybe also with scorpion we dont know but the way they act its like they do.
