Great customer service!
Best customer service ever at Toy Zone Western, Hendrik Potgieter Rd & N Wilgeheuwel Roodepoort. I had a wonderful experience ever. The manager is so wonderful and the staff. I was very helpful. Everyone was making sure I got what I needed. I bought a gift for my daughter and it happened it wasn't the correct one and when I went for the exchange, I was definitely helped by the manager to find a suitable exchange.

Great customer service!
Best customer service ever at Toy Zone Western, Hendrik Potgieter Rd & N Wilgeheuwel Roodepoort. I had a wonderful experience ever. The manager is so wonderful and the staff. I was very helpful. Everyone was making sure I got what I needed. I bought a gift for my daughter and it happened it wasn't the correct one and when I went for the exchange, I was definitely helped by the manager to find a suitable exchange.

No Pricing ***!
Unacceptable. You've removed visible pricing from every item, forcing customers to take each one to the till just to find out what it costs. That’s not just inconvenient, it’s absurd. If that’s the system now, I’ll be rolling in with a trolley full of items, asking for prices, and walking out with nothing. We don’t have time for this kind of inefficiency. Please reconsider this approach. It’s wasting everyone’s time and eroding trust in your store, whom ever came up with this concept needs firing!

Unacceptable. You've removed visible pricing from every item, forcing customers to take each one to the till just to find out what it costs. That’s not just inconvenient, it’s absurd. If that’s the system now, I’ll be rolling in with a trolley full of items, asking for prices, and walking out with nothing. We don’t have time for this kind of inefficiency. Poor service ****mers
I went into the store at spring field just browsing to see what interesting stuff they had , my son like a toy like a plush toy it was abit over priced for a plush so i told him il think about it. After considering it i decided i would like to buy it . I called in a few minutes ago a guy that cant speak english properly tells me they dont keep toys like that. I told him i was there a few days ago and i saw it, let me speak to someone else. This other lady comes she cant even pronounce her own name properly and tells me the same thing. They seem very confused to be working in a toy store. I spent over 10 minuites on a call i paid for just for her to confirm they they have it. Now apparantely the price has also increased in less than 5 days. I dont believe that this shop is affiliated with toys r us. Very poorly trained and managed staff i hope they get people who actually know about toys and not just random people to work there.

Online and in store price difference
I was looking at gifts for a birthday came across a Nerf gun pack for R299.00 went into store to get it. Drove to 5 different stores to find one final found the last one in store and the price there was R449.00. They gave the manager a call and he said it's online only but it does not state that it's an online exclusive price. They then insisted I pay the R449.00 Will never buy there again

Toyzone ******ion of giftvoucher expiration
Received a gift voucher and forgot about it. Now expired. Approached Clearwater Mall branch without success. Head Office just as bad. There is R900 still on the voucher which they can still see on their system. Refuse to assist me and just took my money. Is that not theft? Why not renew the voucher. They can see the value.

I feel very disrespected as a white mommy who wants to buy a mer**** Barbie for my daughter. The black mer**** Barbie is R300 off and the exact same white mer**** Barbie is not on special. I am horrified! The sale sign doesn’t even specify the colour but I must pay full price for the white Barbie!?
