Toyzone is incompetent

Good day So we were at Carnival Mall Toyzone in December for Christmas gifts for our daughter and we then bought things and swiped R1100 for it and then last week the money was paid back into our account and then today 12/01/2023 the money was taken again.

This is really unacceptable as it is not our fault the money was put back into our account and now you took it again. Someone is really incompetent and this is not fair!
