I ordered Stuff on the ASAP app and paid for it and after that I got a notification that some things were out of stock and the money got credited in the app and I went on 31 Dec and made a wallet pay out for you to pay the money back into my bank account. It is past 10 days and still no money in my bank account! This is ridiculous and I will make sure people know this and that you dont pay back people money! I will never shop on the ASAP app again and never use it again
Good day So we were at Carnival Mall Toyzone in December for Christmas gifts for our daughter and we then bought things and swiped R1100 for it and then last week the money was paid back into our account and then today 12/01/2023 the money was taken again. This is really unacceptable as it is not our fault the money was put back into our account and now you took it again. Someone is really incompetent and this is not fair!
Its already 3 months that I have applied for a Mobicred account and still not activated for me to use, every single time I phone they refer it to verifications department but nothing is happening. This is ridiculous!
I will never ever refer anyone to Guardrisk insurance, you pay for how many years and when you try and claim for the first time in 4 or 5 years for a cracked screen cellphone they Decline your claim. Guardrisk you are very bad! I hope all other people see this and also cancel their service! Why must we pay for how many years and you cant help you client that is disgusting a shame!!!!
I am disgusted with Debonairs Mall @ Carnival! You place an order online at 17h10 and then they came here at 20h00 with the food then its as cold as can be and the toppings and cheese is stuck at the top of the box! Will never buy there again and wouldnt recommend you to anyone. I hope the right person sees this and does something about it its ridiculous!
We wanted a car insurance quote to see if I can get a cheaper insurance from where I am currently, Pule gave me a call and we spoke and he gave me whats included and the price and I explained to him that I will rather stay where I am as we get Outbonus every 3 years and mine is due now and then he get all rude and said I'm wasting his time... Well 1st for Women I'm a customer and you must learn your staff to be more polite and not rude because I will most definitely not advise you to anyone or refer you and never will I move to 1st For women as your staff Pule is a rude person and dont know how to treat a customer.
I am an existing African bank client with a personal loan and every month paid it on time but now that i need help again and applied for a loan on the internet banking its a struggle and no one is coming back to me and it just get transferred to this person and then to this person but no one comes back to me to assist and sort out the problem. I will not recommend African bank to anyone if this keeps going on and no one can help a client.
Debt grip is beyond useless, they dont keep you updated about your application and the progress, the number provided just rings and no one picks up! i will not refer them to anyone!
I want to say thank you to Califonia Phakathi for always being friendly on the phone and trying to help. She is definitely an asset to the company and her service is great. Thank you and keep up the good work and great attitude Califonia.
