Best customer service ever at Toy Zone Western, Hendrik Potgieter Rd & N Wilgeheuwel Roodepoort. I had a wonderful experience ever. The manager is so wonderful and the staff. I was very helpful. Everyone was making sure I got what I needed. I bought a gift for my daughter and it happened it wasn't the correct one and when I went for the exchange, I was definitely helped by the manager to find a suitable exchange.
TRUWORTHS SANDTON CITY is the best store ever, what an amazing staff. I've enjoyed my shopping, I felt like a king as a customer. The atmosphere inside the shop was a Christmas vibe of buying gifts for your loved one. Every department had a sales assistant. The cosmetics department's fine fragrances were amazing. What about the lady named Tracy Rantai who assisted me with my shopping experience? It was easy to buy underwear; Tracy also helped me with my shoe selection. Last but not least, the point of sale sales assistant made my payment transaction amazing due to their assistance. Thank you, TRUWORTHS SANDTON, for your wonderful customer service.
Pepkor, your Legit store in Clear Water Mall, is currently providing very poor customer service. On Sunday, I visited your store looking for clothing to buy. While I was busy shopping, one of your staff members refused to let me use the fitting room. She denied me access to try on my jeans, claiming that the store was about to close and therefore the fitting room was closed. When I tried to explain to her that I was already inside the store and the door was open, and asked if I could try on my jeans, she refused. I had a terrible experience, not only was she unkind, but she also had a bad attitude towards me as a customer.
I am a former employee of the company known as ARC. I WAS WORKING IN ONE OF THE RETAIL STORES IN SANDTON. This new retail chain KNOWN AS ARC BY many fellow South African, it's making a massive turnover in the beauty industry, However the HR is Very Bad how can Such big Company hired an HR person who doesn't follow an Labour Law and policies regarding warning latter. Worse part the manager who ruined the Sandton Store Sandy is very incompleted who discussed employees contract with other employees. I was working for MISTRAGYTIX PTY LTD KNOWN AS ARC BY JULY we made a Target collective,We were told that if a store reached a target we get a commission.No policy Stipulate that when you've unfair warning latter against you no commission will be paid,neither of this terms and conditions.All that was said that if a store reached a target we get a commission. BUT EVEN TODAY THE HR Petra hasn't been able to tell me when is the company known as ARC paying my commission that is overdue to me. I can't allow such a big Company known as ARC to Take Advantage of my commission that I earned by not paying me what I Worked & Earned for. The truth is that the HR OF ARC DOES NOT TAKE SERIOUS TO THE SOUTH AFRICAN WOTKERS WHO WORKED IN THE RETAIL SECTOR,BY following the process and procedures that a stipulated in gazette of department of Labour regarding workers. Someone maybe can investigate why they have not paid my commission yet. They HR must stop telling me about policies that are not Stipulated regarding the payout of my commission. ARC must do a right thing and pay my commission that's overdue to me ASAP since August. Woolworth Retail Restaurants in Bloemfontein is full of racism towards black customers including their management not only waiters every team of Woolies in Bloemfontein according to woollies staff more special restaurant site a customer is only a white person. I cannot believe that such outlet as big as Woollies is still suffering with racism. I am very disappointed with their services and inappropriate behaviour towards us black customers.
I went to wimpy Restaurant Bloemfontein Thabancu Road ENGEN while I was busy busy sitting down having my meal that I ordered, I experience a horrible customer service as customer while busy with meal inside the light where switched off because it was time for their knocked off. But nobody came to me to notify me that ma'am even the waitres who was responsible for my order saving my table, she did even board to let me know that me we are about to close. They just decided to turned off the light, I never had seen or expirience such rudeness as a customer.
During the beginning of the lockdown the government has announced that nobody must deprived any South African citizens or anyone essential services. He also said only the companies that offer essential items or services will be opened during the lockdown. But National Real Estate was open during the lockdown to make sure that their clients doesn't have any essential services. I am one of their clients who is very frustrated due to the fact that my Elictricity was Blocked by the National Real Estate Agency. My Food got Rotten on my refrigerator. While the government and other companies helping our fellow citizens during this period of time,On the other side some South African where victimised by their so called landlords. I am so frustrated that this during time of lockdown I spent some of my days in the dark house with my food wasted, because my rent payment was fall short with the certain amount. The company could not even wait for me until the end of this month to see that would our client pay the outstanding fall short. No went ahead and other more stress on me as client
I will never recommend Fnb to anyone else, Fnb with their online, degital, Consultant everything about is out of order. Till today I am waiting for Fnb to get back to me and do the reverse on my business account. I have huge problem with Fnb bank online, I just went to the buchery to purchase 1 items but the item went thrice in my bank account because FNB SPEND POINT WAS ONLINE.
