Never use this company for fibre. Took ouot a 100mbps contract with them. Best over a year was 50mbps usage. When tried to cancel over the phone, they put me on hold for almost 25 minutes and switched me to another person working there. Avoid at all cost
Went to MTN Woodlands shop during black friday last year and wanted to take out a Samsung S23Ultra contract with a Samsung watch deal they were running. Were told that they will let me know when I can collect after they manage to get stock of the watch. After two weeks I was informed that they did not manage to get the watch and the deal will expire because of that. Tried to take out a new contract for only the phone, was told that my information would be verified from by MTN and they will call me once everything is in order. They however never called to me to confirm I can collect the phone. Employee at MTN Woodlands sent me a message saying that he saw I did not collect the phone and that his head office is saying I no longer want to phone... They then sold the phone to a different client but I am now getting billed every month for a phone I never received. After going to MTN Woodlands shop again and informing the employees and manager they are now telling me that head office must correct the mistake on their side and refund the money but up to date nothing has happened. It has been three months now of just waiting for them to do something to correct their mistake but it seems they couldn't care less. This is really shocking service will never take out a contract with them and I advise anyone to think twice before using MTN as your service provider

Ordeded an item in July, have still not received the order up to date. Useless communication from Fruugo. Stay away from this company
FNB is useless. They charge you a LOT of money monthly but when you want to use their services they are offline
NEVER, EVER, use this company. Very dishonest, charges huge amounts against your credit card, when you enquire what the amounts are for, they themselves do not know and will issue tickets for further assistance. They kept charging more and more amounts against my credit card after the vehicle was returned until I requested them to send me statements for the amounts they were deducting, suddenly a new holding amount of R 2400-00 (apart from the almost R 6 000-00 that was already deducted from my account at this point) just disappeared. Was the first and last time using Hertz. Rather use AVIS I have rented from them a lot and have never had any problems with them.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Their flights are ALWAYS delayed when we fly with them. The measly food voucher to compensate you for the inconvenience does not make up for this unprofessional behaviour
I upgraded with Vodacom early in December 2018 and was informed that I would pay a monthly total of R929-00 per month for my contract. The December account sent to me was correct, the January 2018 statement indicated that I owe R 1410-00. I contacted the call centre who informed me the extra amount was because I subscribed to vlive and the agent sent me a link to cancel it. After clicking on the link it showed that I have zero subscriptions with vlive. Phoned the call centre again, they cannot explain to me what the amount is for and now I am being charged R 500 rand extra on my account
Worst aircon you could ever buy is a DEFY aircon. Useless product I bought at Macro 2 years ago and I have not been satisfied with the product since day one. Of all the brands I have ever used DEFY has the worst results when it comes to aircons. Be warned
