Poor customer service, rude staff, not reommended

This company is nothing but trouble. They ignore emails, have double standards with residents (family ,friends or partners in crime). They fail to deliver and when they see that you on to them they victimise you and try color you bad. When in reality they are the ones minipulating the suituations to have their way.

I have spoken to alot of their stuff even managers they all one click with dirty tactics to Take advantage of you because you my not have the time , resources or lack of knowledge to challenge them.

They will always look for the most expensive inconvenient way to have you resolve issues with them. You cant speak with them they are narcisit and want to control you more than the proper maintaince of your property.

If you want to be happy choose another company to manage your property. Or approach CSOS which is a free service to deal with these people.

They will always try and push you to see how far you let them go. Dont give them the time of day or a chance to make you a fool. Seek legal advice or approach the courts or CSOS.

This company is nothing but trouble. They will make friends who they need to and once they got their click in the complex they dont care less about anyone else. Long as they get paid thats all that matters to them.

Do not fall for their tricks to make u believe they are trying to work with u. They only in it for the money and could care less about you and any issues you have with their service.

When i approached my lawyers the lady that was suppose to help me told me she worked for them and gave me so many reasons to believe why my case wont work out.

So they even have some of thier staff working has property consultants else where. Becareful make sure u get everything in writing.

If u do nothing about it this company will grow and force their way into power , take action and put a stop to this whislt you can.
