If I would say bad, it would just be understatement. The company is horrible and dishonest. A very terrible company one would want to be in partnership or purchase their products.
I bought a car with this company, the car had an issue that they themselves could not fix. Gave them more than enough chances to fix it, but they still could not fix it, they ended up stripping my car (removing the faulty part) without my permission or approval. They gave me false documentation claiming that they have claimed funds from the warranty plan to replace the part, but the part was never replaced instead removed. Escalated the matter with MFC. We had an agreement that I will bring the car on specific day and have a way forward. That day came, when I got there, the manager whom I was speaking to and agreed to meeting had 'resigned' yet we spoke a week before confirming the meeting. I left the car there at the dealership, paid for it while it was still parked at their dealership for 4 months. Had to take further steps against them. One thing about them, they will outsmart you.
AS A FIRST TIME CAR BUYER, I HAVE HAD VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. THEY DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT, HAD I KNOWN BEFORE GOING THERE TO CHECK THE COMPANY'S REVIEWS.
