A bunch of ****mers, with no care for customer service and profiles their victims. I saw a promotion at Mazda east rand advertising mazda cx 5 and shared my details, I got a call from their sales representative Johan to come view the car. I got there with my husband and he took us out on a test drive. When we returned I advised him how much I was looking at for a second hand card, trading in my Renault Clio. He came back to me a few days and advised that he can get me a new Mazda and told me this would also come with a 5 years unlimited service. I been taking the same car to the dealership for service, dealing with the same people. Firstly when I took my car for the services, I never got any communication to say my service was expering and that the last service I was doing would be the last one and if I wanted to extend. And ofcourse I never bothered to ask because I trusted what I was sold when I initially made the purchase. Took my car there again for service and that morning the lady asks if I will be paying cash or not and I responded shockingly by saying but my service plan is for 5 years and she giggled and said no it’s not, your service plan has expired and ofcourse only to find the person that sold me the car had resigned few months after I bought the car. Now they telling me there is no such on my contract. To my shock I realise when I’m going through my contract, I also got charged for delivery of the car I picked up myself at the dealership for 6000. The people that assisted me are no way to be found n it’s a hearsay case. So to anyone making a purchase at this dealership especially black people, be careful and don’t trust anything said by their sales person or even their Financial Advisor. I feel ****** and all I got from the current financial advisor was that he is sorry I was not advised that my service contract was the last one on my last service and was never given the opportunity to opt in or out of an option to extend. In his words again he said even if he looks at an extension now I would pay a lot of money for it. My question to such a big dealership like Mazda supergroup is how is it such a big company like that has people working for them that take customers for a ride, put them under serious financial distress and also **** innocent customers of their money just to make profit. Add unnecessary fees and things just to get a fat bonus, how many customers that are not scrutinising their contracts and only to find that this is happening to them. They sell you a brand new car and find ways to make it look like you afford just so they can make profit. How many people have been told about this 5 years service that is unlimited but find that it’s actually not what they were told. A supergroup company that is super at taking vulnerable customers for granted. What they basically told me is find us the proof that this is what our sales people sold you and if not F off

I bought a used car from them less than 2 years ago and after a week I told them there's a noise coming from somewhere in the car and that they must check it. They took the car for 4 days and after I got it back I realized the noise is still there, but they say they cannot hear anything. I've been struggling to get them to fix whatever causes the noise since then.

I'm delighted to give Mazda East Rand a glowing 5-star review! The service on my car was exceptional, and the staff, especially Annika, were both friendly and professional. Annika's assistance was invaluable - her professionalism and helpful approach made the entire experience a pleasure. Thank you, Mazda East Rand, for exceeding my expectations!

If I would say bad, it would just be understatement. The company is horrible and dishonest. A very terrible company one would want to be in partnership or purchase their products. I bought a car with this company, the car had an issue that they themselves could not fix. Gave them more than enough chances to fix it, but they still could not fix it, they ended up stripping my car (removing the faulty part) without my permission or approval. They gave me false documentation claiming that they have claimed funds from the warranty plan to replace the part, but the part was never replaced instead removed. Escalated the matter with MFC. We had an agreement that I will bring the car on specific day and have a way forward. That day came, when I got there, the manager whom I was speaking to and agreed to meeting had 'resigned' yet we spoke a week before confirming the meeting. I left the car there at the dealership, paid for it while it was still parked at their dealership for 4 months. Had to take further steps against them. One thing about them, they will outsmart you. AS A FIRST TIME CAR BUYER, I HAVE HAD VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. THEY DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT, HAD I KNOWN BEFORE GOING THERE TO CHECK THE COMPANY'S REVIEWS.

I bought a used vehicle there late last year. The vehicle had issues and I reported those issues to them a few weeks after I got the vehicle (less than a month later). When they couldn't fix the issue and their technician said they must replace the part, the sales person escalated the issue to the sales manager. It has been over 12 months of me calling and emailing the sales manager, and he never picks up or return the calls, he also doesn't respond to my emails. I was also assured that the vehicle was never involved in an accident (when I bought it) and that turned out to be untrue as almost the whole body has been repaired before, according to some panel beaters.

Took my car in for service at Mazda Boksburg, the service response when collecting the car after service...Service consultants were unhelpful and very unfriendly bordering on racist as the person before us,of a lighter hue was assisted with speed and ease. They then allegedly put resin on the windscreen to stop a chip that wasn't running anyway but it seems like they didn't do anything. I am really disappointed in the service.

On the 13th of November 2021 I organized for my NA Mazda Miata to come in to have its clutch looked at as it was very soft and was not holding pressure and due to this not allowing the gears to be changed. On the following Monday the 15th I got send a quote of R18 378.60 and this was for the replacement of the clutch resealing the diffs and skim fly wheel, as requested I paid my deposit and waited. At this point the ETA on spares was between 4 to 8 weeks from Japan. On the 30th on November I was asked if the quote could be changed as there was no correct tool for resealing the diffs adding an additional R8 646.07. I was asked to consent to the change and the repair went ahead. Around the 3rd of December I requested to have the car do a road worthy test by Mazda East Rand. On the 6th of December I was sent the amended quote of R23 548.98 as well as being informed that my car will be done by the end of the week. However the car ended up failing road worthy three times as well as coming into more clutch and parts issues. Until the 24th of December were I came to collect the car at 7am sharp and was even welcomed to a change of quote R20 991,40 we patiently waited for the car to just get a final check to be on our way until it came to 10am where the offer was made that I can drive my car but non of the lights will be functional, please note this is just after the car passed its road worthy inspection. Being eager to finally get my car and making an arrangement to drop off the car, when Mazda East Rand re-opens in January, I decided to try take it home however before even exiting the gate of the offices the car got stuck in first gear then stuck in reverse and only by rev matching I could take it back to the service department. Thankfully I was given a loan car and was able to at least drive to work without having to make transport changes unlike November or December. January came and went with little work done and I was again informed about new parts that were needed and them deciding to order from Mazda Japan and not local OEM’s, at this point I was asked to wait till the 21st of February for and update then the 28th then the 3rd of March then the 11th of March all this time I was the one who was calling and if I missed one call I wouldn’t receive a follow up. Finally the part arrived and on the 26th of March I went to collect my car 5 months after sending it in and the second I climbed out of the door at home I realised the mishandling done to my car, here is a list of some of the issues I found: Right door had two scratches, indoor right had scratches and front windscreen cracked, left of back window scratched, ***** marks as well as noises coming from the gear box, a rougher cold start than it had and issues with rattles and power loss as the car now feels clunky and stiff to drive. On Sunday the 27th of March I wanted to give the car another try hoping it was just a “new gear” feeling but after just driving it up and down the street I found it to be extremely pungent with a petrol smell as well as having a louder rattle and click sound coming from the gear box. Now it is the 7th of June 2022 and I have taken my car back due to a fault in the electrical caused by negligent work done on the car, only to be given a new quote stating I need to pay for the electrical problem that wasn’t fixed.

Bought a used Ford Kuga 2.5T AWD Titanium from Mazda East rand on the 19th October 2021. From the beginning the cars idling was not smooth it had a rough idling sound sometimes sounding as if it is cutting. I raised this with the sales guy Daniel Moila during the test drive and i was informed it is how the turbo engine sound . 3 days after I collected the car the engine light was activated and i was informed i added the incorrect petrol 93 instead of 95 octane. We put in 95 and the engine light disappeared only to come back on the 29 October 2021 We took back the car to Mazda and they informed us after taking the car to Ford that the fuel regulator was faulty and will be replaced and we should not being any of the issues. So its clearly was not a the 93 petrol that could cause the fuel rgulator to go faulty Six months later the car engine light is on - A noticeable lack of power - A significant drop in RPMs while accelerating for no apparent reason. My wife on the side of the road. I called Mazda to inform me that the issue that they told me would not reoccur has just occurred. They requested that i take the car to Ford. It has been a really painful experience dealing with Mazda as they have washed their hands and dont take responsibility that the sold me a sub-standard car. Ford in Roodepoort has informed me that this is a coil pack problem and need to be replaced for 7000 rands. Mazda is nowhere to be found i am left to deal with the car issues by myself for an issue that was already there at the time of the purchase. All I am saying to anyone interested in buying a used car from Mazda East rand - Think very hard cause you will be left stranded without any form of help or accountability from this dealership. They claim to follow be part of the SUPER GROUP that puts the customer first and sell quality products by this has not been my experience. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY OR EVEN RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE DEAL WITH THESE GUYS. THEY ARE A BIG RIP OFF.
