I bought a used car from them less than 2 years ago and after a week I told them there's a noise coming from somewhere in the car and that they must check it. They took the car for 4 days and after I got it back I realized the noise is still there, but they say they cannot hear anything. I've been struggling to get them to fix whatever causes the noise since then.
After they refused to settle my claim I decided I've had enough and wanted to cancel my policy, but it's been a month now and I'm still struggling to cancel the policy. If I'm lucky enough to speak to an agent they always promise to email me the policy cancelation form but it's never done. On most other occasions you're either number 15 in the queue, or the phone doesn't even ring.
I am being charged an amount of R199 every month for Netflix subscription through DSTV since February, but I have never subscribed for that service. I have spent a lot of money calling Multichoice every month to cancel the service but nobody is able to help me. My name does not appear under Netflix, my details are not there, and I don't have access to the service in any way, I never had access, yet I'm paying for it. Can anyone please help me get rid of it and get my money back. Every time I call I am told someone will call me back but it never happens. Ten months down the line they're still enjoying my money.
I took out an explorer ultra contract in January 2022 and I have 2 problems with that. 1. The only reason I took out the explorer ultra was that I was told it has more recording space than the older decoder. I have kids who like to record school work and movies, so I was excited that they'll have more space to record without having to delete the others but I was lied to. The explorer ultra has less recording space than the older decoder. 2. After a month I realized I am now paying much more than I actually should on my account, and when I contacted Multichoice I was told there's an amount of R199 going off to Netflix. I was surprised cause I never subscribed to Netflix as I know I need Wi-Fi or data to access it. I have been trying to get DSTV to help me cancel or stop the Netflix account with no luck, every time I spend hours on the phone talking to them but they can't help me. I was referred to Netflix, I contacted them and to my surprise my details don't appear at all on their system. So where is my money going to? Can someone please help me. I cannot keep on paying for a service that I don't have access to, and spend hundreds of Rands in airtime trying to stop it.

I interacted with the Builders Warehouse in Newmarket Alberton on 3 occasions between March and May and I regret every step I took to that store. First you wait for more than an hour to collect your order, and when I got home I found out that they gave me the wrong stuff. I drove back there, 50km, to return the merchandise and yesterday I opened the gas/electric stove that I bought in March in order to install it, only to find they gave me the wrong one as well, which is R3000 cheaper than the one I paid for. I bought and paid for the silver one and they gave me the black one. Now I have to drive back there again, another 50km, to claim the stove I paid for, at my expense. I promise this will be the last time they see me in that store, the yellow and black colours disgust me.
