Dishonest and unethic dealings, and extremely bad customer service

I bought a used vehicle there late last year. The vehicle had issues and I reported those issues to them a few weeks after I got the vehicle (less than a month later). When they couldn't fix the issue and their technician said they must replace the part, the sales person escalated the issue to the sales manager. It has been over 12 months of me calling and emailing the sales manager, and he never picks up or return the calls, he also doesn't respond to my emails.

I was also assured that the vehicle was never involved in an accident (when I bought it) and that turned out to be untrue as almost the whole body has been repaired before, according to some panel beaters.
