A bunch of ****mers, with no care for customer service and profiles their victims. I saw a promotion at Mazda east rand advertising mazda cx 5 and shared my details, I got a call from their sales representative Johan to come view the car. I got there with my husband and he took us out on a test drive. When we returned I advised him how much I was looking at for a second hand card, trading in my Renault Clio. He came back to me a few days and advised that he can get me a new Mazda and told me this would also come with a 5 years unlimited service. I been taking the same car to the dealership for service, dealing with the same people. Firstly when I took my car for the services, I never got any communication to say my service was expering and that the last service I was doing would be the last one and if I wanted to extend. And ofcourse I never bothered to ask because I trusted what I was sold when I initially made the purchase. Took my car there again for service and that morning the lady asks if I will be paying cash or not and I responded shockingly by saying but my service plan is for 5 years and she giggled and said no it’s not, your service plan has expired and ofcourse only to find the person that sold me the car had resigned few months after I bought the car. Now they telling me there is no such on my contract. To my shock I realise when I’m going through my contract, I also got charged for delivery of the car I picked up myself at the dealership for 6000. The people that assisted me are no way to be found n it’s a hearsay case. So to anyone making a purchase at this dealership especially black people, be careful and don’t trust anything said by their sales person or even their Financial Advisor. I feel ****** and all I got from the current financial advisor was that he is sorry I was not advised that my service contract was the last one on my last service and was never given the opportunity to opt in or out of an option to extend. In his words again he said even if he looks at an extension now I would pay a lot of money for it. My question to such a big dealership like Mazda supergroup is how is it such a big company like that has people working for them that take customers for a ride, put them under serious financial distress and also **** innocent customers of their money just to make profit. Add unnecessary fees and things just to get a fat bonus, how many customers that are not scrutinising their contracts and only to find that this is happening to them. They sell you a brand new car and find ways to make it look like you afford just so they can make profit. How many people have been told about this 5 years service that is unlimited but find that it’s actually not what they were told. A supergroup company that is super at taking vulnerable customers for granted. What they basically told me is find us the proof that this is what our sales people sold you and if not F off
To say I’m so sad and disappointed would be an understatement. I bought 1 item overseas weighing 0,4 kg and I got an invoice for customs of up to 3500. Is it really that expensive or am I being ****med because now I can’t afford to pay double for a hand bag.

Bad service and they go as far as threatening you if u don't do what they want. My parents bought a Land Rover, on the 23 December they collected the car, by the 28 December the car was not moving, it had some problems, my parents asked for the car to be replaced as they ddnt want it anymore..the manager begged them not to do that as it was not a big deal,by the 22 January the car broke down again, still they ddnt want to take it back saying they could fix the problem, fast forward the 23 July now my parents had enough and went to their offices and told them they didn't want that car as it had a lot of problems, they asked them to get them something better and they were willing to pay more for the car as long as it won't give them more problems. The manager agreed but was asking my parents to take the car and they would be busy trying to get them sumthng better in the meanwhile. My parents refused to take the car as they ddnt want it breaking down again in their hands. Now the manager called my father threatening him, that he must come fatch his car at the garage or they would charge him 200 per day for having the car there. These people call themselves Land Rover specialist, but what they do is sell old people a car that they know has problems and when the client doesn't want it, they threaten them.

I am so sad and disappointed at how they treat their clients.
