A very bad experience I had. I had a tracking device installed in my vehicle, the vehicle started giving me issues. I had to send it back to dealership. I requested for cancelation, which was done, I have asked for the device to be removed from the vehicle. No one assisted regarding this issue, yet they expect me to pay for the device I don't have... Now they telling me they have handed me over for what exactly?
MFC is the worst when you have a valid issue with your car against the dealership. I bought a car with Madza East Rand, the vehicle started giving me issues, cutting the long story short. I logged a complain with MFC of which they never assisted me in any way, instead what an agent said to me they said MFC did not choose the vehicle nor the dealership I chose it. Am speaking now I have been paying for a vehicle that is parking at a dealership since February, I had to take it back. Well... What was said to me is that they don't have any process they follow with such issues this was said by one of the famous COMPLAINTS MANAGERS. As a first time car buyer MFC has been and will remain the worst company ever one would want to go into partnership with.
If I would say bad, it would just be understatement. The company is horrible and dishonest. A very terrible company one would want to be in partnership or purchase their products. I bought a car with this company, the car had an issue that they themselves could not fix. Gave them more than enough chances to fix it, but they still could not fix it, they ended up stripping my car (removing the faulty part) without my permission or approval. They gave me false documentation claiming that they have claimed funds from the warranty plan to replace the part, but the part was never replaced instead removed. Escalated the matter with MFC. We had an agreement that I will bring the car on specific day and have a way forward. That day came, when I got there, the manager whom I was speaking to and agreed to meeting had 'resigned' yet we spoke a week before confirming the meeting. I left the car there at the dealership, paid for it while it was still parked at their dealership for 4 months. Had to take further steps against them. One thing about them, they will outsmart you. AS A FIRST TIME CAR BUYER, I HAVE HAD VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. THEY DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT, HAD I KNOWN BEFORE GOING THERE TO CHECK THE COMPANY'S REVIEWS.
