Bought a bed and the legs don't fit into the base, part of the mattress was dirty and filthy, horrible. Not pleased at all The worst from the Bed shop in Northmead mall
Took my car in for service at Mazda Boksburg,the service response when collecting the car after service...Service consultants were unhelpful and very unfriendly bordering on racist as the person before us,of a lighter hue was assisted with speed and ease.They then allegedly put resin on the windscreen to stop a chip that wasn't running anyway but it seems like they didn't do anything. I am really disappointed in the service.
Good Day, I am calling to complain about the appalling service encountered at your East gate branch this afternoon. The person assisting me rushed us as I had may daughter with me and she is still her decision on what to get,I then asked him for recommendations on which drink to get for my daughter who is 8 years old,he rolled his eyes dismissively and suggested a frapppuchino,I asked for and additional croissant butter,which I requested TWICE and he still gave me a chocolate croissant!!! He then loudly complained to next customer. I am cognisant of the fact that we may have caused a bit of a delay but a little patience for a little one. New staff at Rage Cloverdene in Benoni has absolutely no customer service whatsoever....shouting across the store making remarks about customers....followed around the store like a person is some sort of criminal whereas the store is small enough for employee to observe from a distance.My package was turned inside out. My visit is usually pleasant but the staff present on the 23rd October were terrible
I got into an accident on the 2nd of August,After much back and forth,I am happy to say that there has been a favourable outcome. I would like to acknowledge the hard work of the agent,Pule Tshwale who kept in touch with the progress of the claim from the first day,working tirelessly to ensure that things are sorted out.His explanations of processes was also adequate. Though the process took longer than expected, I was always Informed
Technicians are working on the ATM(Fully functional)during peak time,on month end...the queues are crazy and there is now a delay...doesn't make sense to be working on ATM during this time.
We came to purchase an item at Eastgate branch and the size we needed was not on the floor. We had Keneilwe assist us by helping us look for a size and ensuring we were satisfied with the product we needed.
Marvin Motau assisted me speedily and gave me what I needed. I am happy for his service and eagerness.
