On the 9th July 2019 a truck from mccoys glass drove in to us on the shoulder lane in broad daylight resulting in me being sandwiched between two cars, hospitalized for 2 weeks and on bed rest for an additional 7 weeks. Upon contacting mccoys glass to claim for the damaged vehicles with one being written off I was connected to a rude disorganized and unprofessional guy named Ashin. He has lost all documents in relation to the accident is not willing to task anyone to get information such as police reports and is showing no sign of ever getting this claim sorted. Iv been calling every second day and his always to busy to sort out my claim. Ashin represents Mccoy glass negatively and should be dealt with decisively. The insurance did mention that Mccoy feels they were not at fault but up to date have not submitted any documentation to prove their innocence. This is worst service iv ever received by far
