Sold me a pre-owned car with faults

I bought a Mercedes Benz E Class, that was advertised on Autotrader, beginning of February 2023. I was unable to go view a car as I'm not based in Gauteng. I asked the salesperson about the condition of the car and was told the car was in superb condition.

I submitted my documents and the deal went through. Problem started when I waited for too long for a delivery, was given stories that they're busy with this and that. I eventually took a bus to Pretoria to go fetch the car and when I got there I was told that there's a problem with the car but it's not something major. They told me they'll fix that problem in a week or two so I can sign everything while they're fixing the car. I was promised that if I don't get the car after a week or two they will cancel/reverse the deal and I agreed to that.

After a month I called the salesperson and asked him to cancel the since they were not winning and was told I must talk to his supervisor coz him as a sales person he doesn't cancel deals but he make them.

I called his supervisor who told me he won't cancel the deal, I must wait until the car is fixed, I didn't like the way he addressed me on that day and I told him that.

It's been two months without a car. Please assist me, can I have this deal reversed/canceled so I can buy a car from other dealerships, I'm in desperate need of that car, I bought it for a reason
