Sold me a pre-owned car with faults
I bought a Mercedes Benz E Class, that was advertised on Autotrader, beginning of February 2023. I was unable to go view a car as I'm not based in Gauteng. I asked the salesperson about the condition of the car and was told the car was in superb condition. I submitted my documents and the deal went through. Problem started when I waited for too long for a delivery, was given stories that they're busy with this and that. I eventually took a bus to Pretoria to go fetch the car and when I got there I was told that there's a problem with the car but it's not something major. They told me they'll fix that problem in a week or two so I can sign everything while they're fixing the car. I was promised that if I don't get the car after a week or two they will cancel/reverse the deal and I agreed to that. After a month I called the salesperson and asked him to cancel the since they were not winning and was told I must talk to his supervisor coz him as a sales person he doesn't cancel deals but he make them. I called his supervisor who told me he won't cancel the deal, I must wait until the car is fixed, I didn't like the way he addressed me on that day and I told him that. It's been two months without a car. Please assist me, can I have this deal reversed/canceled so I can buy a car from other dealerships, I'm in desperate need of that car, I bought it for a reason

Audi centre arcadia fraudsters
I bought a VW Polo 2020 model from Sbusiso who works for Audi centre acardia damn those scammers within 4 months after buying the car it started giving me starting problems and had to buy a new battery which costs R3200 because it an auto start stops battery just imagine that on top of that they failed to register my car and I had to use Blaine from Audi centre uMhlanga to have my car registered and had to pay R1600 I sent them the receipt and they said they were going to reimburse me up until now I have not received a cent from and that sales guy blocked my number so never ever go to that Maccathy Audi centre arcardia the car didn’t even have Matt I had to buy them that the worse place you can ever buy a car from

I still can't get Spare key of my car
I have had a bad experience with the dealer's sales manager Kristof, kristofs@mcmotor.co.za. I have bought my golf 7 GTI clubsport on the 27 October 2020. I have been emailing, sms, and whatsapp'ing him, he just ignore. all i want is the sparekey for the car. even today, i have no sparekey. Last time i went there, i had a chat to him by the dealer in May 2021, and he promised that before i relocate to Polokwane in limpopo, I would have my sparekey, until I relocated to Limpopo, since June, he never responded. It sounds like he cares about customers when they wanna buy car, but when we have complains and outstanding issues, he doesnt attend, especially african black customers.
