I ordered a telkom Fibre early July 2023 and the router was delivered on the 8th of August 2023. I've been calling to check on the status and they've telling me to wait for a call from the technician who will come connect everything. Today when I called to follow up they are telling me my order was canceled and there's no reason for the cancelation. They're telling me to start the process from scratch, and I think that will be unfair on my since I've already waited for more than a month and I believe it's the mistake on their side that the order was canceled
I bought a house, financed by Standard Bank, and took home insurance with them. Few days after registration Standard Bank cancelled my cover and when I check with them they say it was cancelled because I told them I have insurance already from other insurance companies. I told them I never did that and I don't have insurance with other companies. They asked me to leave my contact details so they can get one other consultants to contact me and discuss this matter. I have left my contacts twice but I'm still waiting for their call and it's been two weeks already and my property is not covered
I received a mail from CPUT stating that I'm owing them tuition fees. I don't know how can that be when I have never studied there. I app**** for a course that was going to be offered on part-time bases but was later told the course won't be offered part-time but on full time bases. I've been trying to get hold of their finance/student debtors department with no luck
I bought floor tiles and noticed that one box had all tiles cracked in one line (same position). When I went to CTM to return it I was rudely told it was not their fault but ours, I was told we dropped the box of which we didn't, and if we did drop the box the tiles were gonna shutter. I have a picture showing how the tiles cracked. I was not happy with the attitude of the who I spoke to and I think his name is Hezekei.
RE: Audi Center Arcadia. I bought a pre-owned Mercedes Benz E Class, that was advertised on Autotrader, beginning of February 2023. I was unable to go view a car as I'm not based in Gauteng. I asked the salesperson about the condition of the car and was told the car was in superb condition. I submitted my documents and the deal went through. Problem started when I waited for too long for a delivery, was given stories that they're busy with this and that. I eventually took a bus to Pretoria to go fetch the car and when I got there I was told that there's a problem with the car but it's not something major. They told me they'll fix that problem in a week or two so I can sign everything while they're fixing the car. I was promised that if I don't get the car after a week or two they will cancel/reverse the deal and I agreed to that. After a month I called the salesperson and asked him to cancel the since they were not winning and was told I must talk to his supervisor coz him as a sales person he doesn't cancel deals but he make them. I called his supervisor who told me he won't cancel the deal, I must wait until the car is fixed, I didn't like the way he addressed me on that day and I told him that. It's been two months without a car. Please assist me, can I have this deal reversed/canceled so I can buy a car from other dealerships, I'm in desperate need of that car, I bought it for a reason

Hi I bought a sleigh bed online that was delivered on the 6th of January 2023 but was not assembled. When I was checking if all members were on the pack I noticed that footboard legs were damaged. I than wrote and email, with pictures, to UFO informing them of damaged footboard legs and they told me they will forward the same to their complaints department, that was three+ weeks ago. Each time I call to follow I'm told they are still waiting for feedback from complaints department. I believe I gave UFO ample time to attend to this matter, please have a look at my matter and advice Regards Mthoko
I received and email from discovery bank to pay R102 that went off my account after i closed it. I made that payment on the 23rd of August 2022 but it came back on the 25th of August 2022. they sent me another email that if i don't make a payment they will add interest, immediately after receiving that email i replied asking them to provide with banking details so i can make that payment again. I'm still waiting for them to contact me, PLEASE ASSIST I NEED TO SETTLE THIS THING
Hi I'm having challenges with SARS regarding my returns for 2021/2022. It looks they are buying time, they asked for supporting documentation and I uploaded them. They asked additional documentation and I uploaded them again, now they are asking for and I just uploaded. I sense that they are buying time since they are on strike, could you please check who's working on my return and check if the documents and questions are valid or they're just buying time. I filled my returns on the 3rd of July 2022 and it's still not finalized Regards
I had a Cheque account with FNB that was handed over to MBD Attorneys for collection. MBD called and offered a 20% discount and we agreed on 6 month payment plan of R5445. 00. I paid managed to pay off my account in 5 months. I've been calling MBD to arrange a paid-up letter to no avail. Today I received an SMS stating that the very same account has been handed over to Ramdup Attorneys for collection. I called FNB the whole of today, to ask why did they hand my account over to Ramdup Attorneys because the account was paid up with MBD, but with no luck. I even went to the branch but still they couldn't assist. I also called MBD Attorneys but they told they can't assist since the account is closed on their system. Please help
