TAKEALOT MORE I am a subscriber for takealot more and pay monthly for the convenience of having my items delivered the next day. The service received on the past 6 orders has been what I can translate to a *******. I pay to get an item delivered on the following day but only receive the item more than 24 hours later. I have complained before but this keeps on reoccurring. So takealot more is just a *******
Defective goods, *********** staff and unfair handling of complaints I bought a Nordic extra length frame bed from Rochester Wonderpark on 25 April 2023. This bed was for my then 14 year old son. In March 2024, the frame supporting the base of the bed just fell and we couldn't put it back as it was broken. I called Rochester to report the matter and was told that a ticket will be logged and Head oFfice will call me. I am still waiting for this to be fixed even today. I spoke to Thabang (Sales Rep) and Patricia (manager) l don't know how many times. I last spoke to Patricia on the 18th of February 2025 and still waiting. Such incompetency in dealing with complaints. Selling inferior product. It's almost a year since i complained and the bed was just a mere R5000. Worst company to buy from , *********** staff

I stayed at Gary's place - The Orca Suite Dolphin Hideaway in January 2022 and we were ****** on our 1st night. Funny enough, we asked about security when we arrived as we did not feel safe (place is in a ***** area) and we're assured that they have a security guard who patrols from 18h00 to 06h00. Our rental car keys, clothes, sunglasses, sneakers were ******. The house has a sliding that is not working and the ******* seemingly knew that. I submitted a claim to Airbnb but my claim was rejected. Not even sure on which grounds. Everyone booking there, be safe

What is so difficult about debiting my account every month? Ever since I changed my bank details in March this year, you haven't bothered to go to the new account. Every 2nd month since then, I get told pay into our account so that the account is up to date and we will debit your account after but dololo. Do you know how much of an inconvenience it is to have to do a manual transfer into your account? Why did you bother to even ask for my banking details if you had no interest of going into my account? It doesn't help that your customer service consultants are impatient and not willing to listen at all. Now my services are suspended and I have to pay a penalty for your failure to go to my bank account?
We bought the La****ia lounge suit at the Rand Easter show in 2016 for about R36000 (stand to be corrected). Just after the 13th month, the sofas started cracking. We contacted the branch and sent them receipts however, we were informed that the sofas only have 1 year warranty (after paying that much of money). They however told us that they can send someone to repair at our cost which we agreed to. The person came and told us that the couches are not genuine leather everywhere. The part that cracked was not genuine leather and tried to fix them. he made a mess that we refused to pay him. About 3 weeks ago, we saw the same lounge suite being advertised for R44000 and we wrote a review on their facebook page. They asked for our numbers 3 weeks later and we are still waiting They dont even deserve 1 star

I have been paying fees for a garage card that expired years back. Now I am told they cant refund me as I had a duty to tell them to cancel the card. IT EXPIRED, why must I cancel if the card is not usable? I used to have high regard for ABSA with 2 home loans there, vehicle finance, cheque card, credit card, other savings account but after this , I don't know.
