Ghost car

So I bought a car (DR11RC GP) on the 19th of October at burchmore durban branch because I needed a quick car to use for work since mine got into an accident on September. I paid the amount in full. Okay a car came with all it papers. I went for roadworthy test the following day and it passed

Now the problem is,they sold me a car with an expired lisence disc and THEY did not evn declare at traffic department that the car was sold to me. I’ve been up and down trying to do change of onwership and get valid license disk I can’t because the car still appears to be theirs

Since I stay in centurion,they requested car’s lockbook back to them and said a courier will collect it last week Friday. Dololo till today they haven’t.

Basically I’ve been driving around in a ghost car and it 2. weeks now, and I don’t have a choice I have to work. What would you do in this situation???
