Business owner should not be dealing with clients

<div>Absolutely appalled by the service from business owner at Mccoys Randburg. We phoned them to find out wheter they fix window frames and she assured us they can fix it and within a week. After a week has gone by and numorous attempt to make contact to see when we could pic up the window she eventually answered the phone lambasting us telling us "she is doing us a favor" as if we some buddy and not a paying client then went on complaining about her personal issues. She demanded immediate payment without telling us if and when we could fetch our window. We have been nothing but polite and fair. When we fetched the window they didnt bother putting back the hindges or give us the old hindges back. Also be careful as what she Quotes does not add up on the invoice. I haven't seen a business owner conduct herself in such a way ever.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>
