Business owner should not be dealing with clients
<div>Absolutely appalled by the service from business owner at Mccoys Randburg. We phoned them to find out wheter they fix window frames and she assured us they can fix it and within a week. After a week has gone by and numorous attempt to make contact to see when we could pic up the window she eventually answered the phone lambasting us telling us "she is doing us a favor" as if we some buddy and not a paying client then went on complaining about her personal issues. She demanded immediate payment without telling us if and when we could fetch our window. We have been nothing but polite and fair. When we fetched the window they didnt bother putting back the hindges or give us the old hindges back. Also be careful as what she Quotes does not add up on the invoice. I haven't seen a business owner conduct herself in such a way ever. </div>

Worst service, incompetency
Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced! Cindy, the owner, was rude, unhelpful and got my door wrong not once but 3 times. With someone as incompetent as she is, one would expect an apology but what I got instead Was the phone slammed down on me. I even sent a picture of what I wanted and they still got it wrong 3 times! Don’t use McCoys for your doors, they don’t treat customers well and their orders inevitably end up being wrong.

McCoys Doors and Windows -Very bad and unprofessional service
After receiving a quote from McCoys for about R10 000, I accepted it and paid the deposit. They then informed me that they made a mistake and that the actual quote is R15000. I made it clear to them that I was not happy, but accepted it. They installed the frames at my house. After it was installed, I realized that one of the frames had two different types of glass in. After numerous attempts and phone calls, I came to the conclusion that they don't plan to fix it. Please never use these people! Their service is shocking!!
