A very happy client!!!
I was shocked when I saw the bad reviews for Dups and Andy on Hello Peter - that was not my experience at all. From initial contact to delivery, Andy handled everything with such professionalism. Him and his team are well spoken, kind & very professional. He kept me updated on the entire process. I am very happy with the overall service as well as the final product delivered. Will definitely recommend Andy to anyone and will be using them again in the future.

Utter disregard for customer service, completely unprofessional and horribly incompetent
The worst service EVER!!!!! Our car went in on the 24th of Dec 2020, it is the 3rd of March 2020, still no car. Claiming that new parts needs to be ordered which our insurance doesn't know about. Now they refuse to fix a part – THAT WASN'T EVEN BROKEN – in a 'by the way' email. Utter disregard for customer service, completely unprofessional and horribly incompetent. Will NEVER use them again and will inform my insurance to never use them again for any client! Disgusting.

Very rude owner!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Didn’t deliver what was asked or expected. When contacted about wrong design, owner got very rude. Won’t recommend or use them again. Horrible service!
