VAPSSA really makes the claims process seamless, they are the friendliest staff and puts your mind at ease through the whole process. Absolutely Amazing service! Would most definitely recommend them.
Do not trust Ignite fitness, when signing up with them I specifically told them I only want a 12 month contract as I'm moving, the sales person insured me that they will not try and catch you out when trying to cancel your contact. supposedly they give you 3 months FREE at the expiry of your contract, what they do not tell you is when you try cancel your contract you will be charged for those so called "FREE" months. They do not keep their end of the agreement, the branch I signed up with in Milnerton doesn't maintain their equipment (half the machines aren't in working order) they do not have back up power making the bathrooms unsafe and dark and nearly slipping and falling. when questioned the management team says they are tired of hearing this complaint and it's not in their hands..DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSAFE.
<div>Absolutely appalled by the service from business owner at Mccoys Randburg. We phoned them to find out wheter they fix window frames and she assured us they can fix it and within a week. After a week has gone by and numorous attempt to make contact to see when we could pic up the window she eventually answered the phone lambasting us telling us "she is doing us a favor" as if we some buddy and not a paying client then went on complaining about her personal issues. She demanded immediate payment without telling us if and when we could fetch our window. We have been nothing but polite and fair. When we fetched the window they didnt bother putting back the hindges or give us the old hindges back. Also be careful as what she Quotes does not add up on the invoice. I haven't seen a business owner conduct herself in such a way ever. </div>
They forced us to change to MTN fixed LTE and changed us already before the modem is working.. tried to contact them for 2 weeks no their number doesn't even ring..I can't connect to the internet and the help line takes a week to respond over email only to tell you the same thing..
I made an order for a tripod and 2 days later I got a tablet cover. I reported it immediately and took photos etc, it took them a week and a half just to come fetch it. When they fetched it they told me they first have to investigate before I get my refund. 2 days later I got a message to say they are processing my refund minus the delivery of R60. There mess up and I am the one that's paying for it, this goes against everything the consumer law mentioned about fair practice. I am appalled and will make sure this does the rounds, Blatant theft and disregard for client service.
I have been waiting 2 months now for a statement reflecting my Co-payment to send to my insurance in order to get my money back. Every time I contact Medshield they say they never received the claim, yet when I speak to a manager they can read out the claim items for me, just to discover their department never send it to the correct hospital claims. I phoned again today and I am still getting the same answers first ïts being escalated and second it can't be found"keeping in mind the hospital has sent me email proof that they send it 2 months ago. I have never had to deal with such incompetence.
Their Online application portal doesn't work, Keeps giving a captcha error. And they only call back in 3 days. This Web app has failed before its hitting the market properly.
Trying to re-open my business account send all my documents send last time. They keep sending the same email: A Letter from the Company's authorized representative confirming the names of those holding 25% or more of the Company's voting rights at general meetings OR the attached Related Party Form confirming the percentage voting rights at General Meetings I am the only shareholder and director as per documents send in. They don't answer their phones lines no supprise here, the reason I moved banks. I have a feeling FNB doesnt want new business.
Once again ordering a new card is a fail!. Besides my New Cheque card taking to weeks to get to me after the courier company kept on messing up and lack of actually knowing whats going on. Now I ordered my replacement Credit card only to find out I have to deal with the same courier company that cant give me a time or answer as to when I will get my replacement card that I ordered on the 3rd of January .. FNB your service is rapidly declining every year and you have the odasity to ask me to move my transaction accounts back to you! fool me once , fool me twice.
Waiting for 10 working days just to get a broken sim card then when phoning in no one can assist ..the call center has no idea what consumer law and protection is. We paying for a service that isnt working and no one could care..the manager still doesnt phone back and Normal none management pretends to be management.
