Writing this review here as I see your name is on my policy documents with VAPSSA! Honestly don’t even know what to say. I took this Elite Warranty for my car on the 28th of March for it to start on 1 May with Kellyn Russouw. No premium came off my account on the 1st of May. Which I was surprised but said let’s just see maybe on pay day. But again nothing happened. So I emailed Kellyn on the 25th of April asking what is going on as according to me my cover is active and asked for the documents. Problem number 1 - has no idea why no premium has gone off but at least constantly communicating with me waiting to hear what the accounts say. Problem number 2 - the dates of when my policy should start are incorrect and stated she is waiting for an endor*****t letter but this is now the 2nd of June and still nothing. Problem number 3 - like I said this is the 2nd of June and now 3 premiums have not gotten off my account - all I am saying is when it is time to claim, I am claiming as this is a fault on your guys end. Problem number 4 - Kellyn got a guy called Ryan to call me on a Friday the 9th of May who was supposed to get back to me about their fault (which he took accountability for) on there commencement date of my policy and my premiums but again it’s like almost a month later and no feedback from him or Kellyn or VAPSSA. Problem number 5 - will this be the same when I claim?? Like guys come on what the actual?????

VAPSSA really makes the claims process seamless, they are the friendliest staff and puts your mind at ease through the whole process. Absolutely Amazing service! Would most definitely recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding Warranty company! as a dealer we have been dealing with them for years and they have always helped where they can. The claims department is extremely helpful and always goes the distance to try and help our clients and having dealt with numerous other companies their service is a cut above the rest.

I'd like to take a moment and thank VAPSSA for their assistance with my minor damage claim. Quick and friendly service! This is the type of company that doesn't make me dread the idea of insurance and claims.

Still awaiting feedback on our warranty that they refuse to pay....the ombudsman isn't giving me feedback either. Vapssa is absolutely and clearly not committed to their clients!!! Because they want a service report on our car which we don't have on paper but it's a BMW and the service history is on the cars computer and key. But they don't want to see that. How does it make any sense. The evidence of service is more clear on the cars computer compared to a piece of paper. I will not stop posting complaints until this is sorted.

From Jan to now they rejected our warranty claim due to small excuses not to pay. I've taken them to the ombudsmen and they asked for more time to respond. I'm not hearing anything from them.
