Still awaiting feedback on our warranty that they refuse to pay....the ombudsman isn't giving me feedback either. Vapssa is absolutely and clearly not committed to their clients!!! Because they want a service report on our car which we don't have on paper but it's a BMW and the service history is on the cars computer and key. But they don't want to see that. How does it make any sense. The evidence of service is more clear on the cars computer compared to a piece of paper. I will not stop posting complaints until this is sorted.
