My partner and I visited McDonald’s Ellis Park on Tuesday, and I have to say — the team truly impressed us! We ordered a Foldover meal and a Cheeseburger meal with nuggets. While the Foldover was perfect, we noticed the fries, burger, and nuggets weren’t fresh, so we took the order back.

From the moment we raised our concern, the staff handled everything with such respect, professionalism, and genuine accountability. They apologized politely, prepared a fresh order for us immediately, and the shift manager (Zakhele), hope I still recall the name well, personally delivered it with the warmest attitude.

The way they took responsibility and made sure everything was corrected smoothly left us absolutely stunned in the best way!
