My partner and I visited McDonald’s Ellis Park on Tuesday, and I have to say — the team truly impressed us! We ordered a Foldover meal and a Cheeseburger meal with nuggets. While the Foldover was perfect, we noticed the fries, burger, and nuggets weren’t fresh, so we took the order back. From the moment we raised our concern, the staff handled everything with such respect, professionalism, and genuine accountability. They apologized politely, prepared a fresh order for us immediately, and the shift manager (Zakhele), hope I still recall the name well, personally delivered it with the warmest attitude. The way they took responsibility and made sure everything was corrected smoothly left us absolutely stunned in the best way! Huge appreciation to the Ellis Park team for turning a small issue into a positive experience. Their kindness, acknowledgment, and excellent customer service deserve to be celebrated. 🍟✨💛
I’m writing to raise a serious concern regarding Flycool’s poor customer service and lack of accountability. On behalf of Yvonne Mpho Putuka who made a confirmed payment to Flycool, we have been waiting for assistance regarding her booking, but nothing has been done. Despite providing proof of payment and reaching out through email (help@fly.cool) and WhatsApp, we only received an automated response stating that “a live agent will be in touch” yet no one has followed up. This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. We are demanding urgent intervention, a proper explanation, and immediate action to resolve this issue. If this continues to be ignored, we will have no choice but to escalate this to the Consumer Protection authorities. Flycool must take responsibility and deliver the service that has already been paid for.
