Poor service drive through

Ellispark McDonald's drive through , worst experience ever . Today this morning I decided to get something to eat for breakfast on my way to work , I was the only one/car there ...I waited for 15 min to make a payment only to be told that the system isn't working I should get inside to buy , and please note that this isn't the first time it has happened to me.

People should just save their time and not go buy there at all . I was late for work
