Nedbank deliberately activates greenbacks on their clients (even when u have opted out/cancel) accounts so they can debit the greenbacks fee , and when u report it to them ...they'll never fix or refund u . This is the second time happening, they are ****ming their clients so meet their targets. Someone inside nedbank deliberately does this . Go through ur statements people
Galitos Howard house in Johannesburg accepted my online order and shortly after that I got a call from them telling me they can't deliver due to their bike not working and they said they'll deliver on Monday I agreed to that . MONDAY morning I get a text that I should add R10 extra for the delivery since now they'll delivering at a new address...then I said just deliver at the initial address ,they rep**** still it'll be extra R10 . The inconvenience of not getting my food on Saturday to Monday getting a refund coz they saying I'm too far 1.5km away is far for them to deliver .
Ellispark McDonald's drive through , worst experience ever . Today this morning I decided to get something to eat for breakfast on my way to work , I was the only one/car there ...I waited for 15 min to make a payment only to be told that the system isn't working I should get inside to buy , and please note that this isn't the first time it has happened to me. People should just save their time and not go buy there at all . I was late for work
Bestmed medical scheme has the worst customer service u could ever imagine ,went for x ray on the 13th of August and the Dr said they dont take bestmed as they never pay claims ...i went on and paid cash ,the following day i made a claim to reimbursed till to date ive been taken from pillar to post ,they dont give feedback on the numerous emails we sent and when u call them it takes 10min for u to speak to a consultant which they never assist .ive sent every documetation they required but even over a month after we still not assisted . I think its time my family and i started to shop on other medical aid
I have requested a refund on a ticket order I made that unfortunately i cannot attend due to personal reasons but the support staff is abusing their power by requesting a medical admission letter from the hospital before the actual hospital admission . Their customer care service is horrible! And the fan guarantee refund doesn't exist ...it's all a lie
Had an accident on the 8th Aug 2024 and reported same day till this very day 27 Aug there is no progress ,the guy Niel who is handling the claims process hasn't even called me even just once ,i keep calling everyday to check in on the progress and they keep making promises that he'll (Niel)get back to me and he never does . Niel has his own kind of people which he assists quickly ,unfortunately for me I'm not his target . At king price they preach royalty but when in actual fact u get treated worse than the third class . With my previous insurance, claims and repairs took just 3 weeks and I had my car ....now with king price it's taking forever, I mean the completion will be between 14 Oct to 30 Oct an accident from 08 Aug till 30th Oct (terrible) I'm not happy with Niel which makes it I'm not happy with king price
Bought a couch and had to return it the following day due to its size ,I couldn't get it to fit in the elevator. So I was told that refund will take up to 3 -5 working days which has lapsed and i haven't got anything from them .I'm taking this matter further by reporting them to CGSO
