I am totally disgusted at the service today. I placed my order, payment was taken and no one bothers to let me know I will not get my order. When I checked at delivery time I see that it is not being delivered and that the burger meal is not even available. I tried calling their customer service and mcdelivery call centre's that are open till 9pm, but no calls accepted as systems off.
I went to the Vangate mall store to see if they can help, and I am **** to that one is getting the manager and next she is the manager. When I explain my situation, the staff start communicating in their own language and not even to me. Finally I am told the boss is at the back. No apology from anyone or how they can fix the situation.
I have now had to pay for another meal for my daughter, and use petrol where I already paid for delivery with my order. This has been the most frustrating experience I have had.
The email address for mcdelivery also bounced back which was what the store boss gave me.
This morning I get through to mcdelivery call centre and politely I am told my refund will take 3 days.
I will never use the McDonalds app again or the Vangate store as this is pathetic service!!!
