Hi, I am at my wits end. Is there anyone who is able to assist me with getting an upgrade sorted. I have been taking to various consultants about the same deal today as 2 weeks ago and each person has a different price or can't tell me reasons for it. I emailed customer care and received feedback that not in use. Did Tobi chat and told wrong department, tried to whatsapp, asks to send invite to number. How is this even possible? Been a loyal customer for years but everytime it's upgrade time it's the same issue
I had the pleasure of speaking to Taryn October, who with respect took me through the process of signing up my puppy Luna. We had some good laughs and she also shared her experiences while we worked through the process. I am happy to once again be part of the Dotsure family
Most horrible experience I am totally disgusted at the service. I placed my order, payment was taken and no one bothers to let me know I will not get my order. When I checked at delivery time I see that it is not being delivered and that the burger meal is not even available. I tried calling their customer service and mcdelivery call centre's that are open till 9pm, but no calls accepted as systems off. I went to the Vangate mall store to see if they can help, and I am told that one is getting the manager and next she is the manager. When I explain my situation, the staff start communicating in their own language and not even to me. Finally I am told the boss is at the back. No apology from anyone or how they can fix the situation. I have had to pay for another meal for my daughter, and use petrol where I already paid for delivery with my order. This has been the most frustrating experience I have had. The email address for mcdelivery also bounced back which was what the store boss gave me. I get through to mcdelivery call centre and politely I am told my refund will take 3 days. It is Friday 26th July and I have finally received my refund from Friday 19th July. Thank you for the 3 day wait..... I will never use the McDonalds app again or the Vangate store as this is pathetic service!!!
Order no: 111733 I have placed an order for delivery 13:40 to be delivered at 14:02. I paid for it and received confirmation of waiting to locate a driver. The next I receive communication that it will be delivered and again it will be cancelled. They have now taken my money and saying it will be reimbursed in 7 days. Does KFC even care if you have something to eat, if you have money to buy again as you must wait 7 days. I then call into their "customer service" centre, and speak to the first one, who transfers me to another department. I then speak to the next one, who drops the call. My airtime by the way... I then call back and speak to Karabo Dibakane, who says I will waste my time to go to the store for my order. I ask to speak to a manager, and told they all busy, always the story. I said I will wait and then finally Karabo says that all the managers will be back in an hour, and that Thando Pama is the only manager who can help, but busy with another customer. How does this even work? I give up on... This is pathetic service to say the least.

I have requested for a new battery to be installed in August month, which happened but asked that at the same time they debit my account. I have since then been making endless calls to get this done, spoke to Caitlyn, Kiara, Shayna, Brian, to get hold of Jeremy who seems to be the only one working in accounts. A week later he calls to say he was off sick, no one could tell me that. Jeremy then says he will sort payment as no one else could actually do it. Soon after this is done, I stary getting endless calls that I have been handed over for non-payment yet no fault of mine that they did not debit. This has been going on since installation happened in August. Last week this same battery just stopped working, my alarm system just died..key pad and all. Technician comes out after hours after 2 days after requesting, and I am told this battery was recalled, so he doesn't understand why they did not let me know. This is last week Wednesday. I call Friday to speak to Simone who is on a call and will call back. It is Monday, I do another call, speak to Zitho who says she is not available, but he sees they have booked a technician for Wednesday, that is 7 days since last week. I ask to speak to manager who I am told is Don Jacobs, but he is not available and there is no email address fof him. I am just so sick of all the stories now by ADT....I GIVE UP!!! HOW DO I TRUST A COMPANY TO LOOK AFTER MY FAMILY'S LIVES IF THIS IS HOW THEY OPERATE
Chadwick Lewis assisted me and such a helpful gentleman. He was able to calmly explain all information. More importantly how he spoke of my pet understanding she is family. Thank you for all the support 👍
