Disgusting service served with Disgusting food

I am writing this review with great sadness in my heart

Never in my life have I ever been so humiliated and belittled and this coming from a manager. I bought food with my promo app. The food was unsatisfactory just like the manager.

I asked a simple question like how come it takes twenty minutes for my order to be packed when the shop was not even busy. I walked into an empty store. The manager decided that he was going to pack the food himself and then decided to basically throw me the bag and shouted and for a next time don't question what is happening at the back that is when things escalated because now I am upset. I opened the food to find that this is not even what I ordered.

I decided to take my phone out and record our interaction upon doing this his attitude immediately changed. I did use a few cuss words as it seems that I was not getting through to this guy. He then handed me a meal that looks like it was just throw together. He then proceeded to tell everyone that I am going on but didn't even pay for the food it was bought on promo. Which another person added on she's getting free food why is she going on. As if I didn't pay for to get that points.

His behavior as a manager is disgusting. I cannot believe people get treated this way. I left the store with no food, points gone from my app and a little dignity. If this is the way people get treated at McDonald's then I will never buy from you again.
