Extremely disappointed with your service. You do not keep to your word, you fail to arrive on scheduled dates, and there is zero communication unless I follow up repeatedly. I have waited entire weeks that has led to months for you to show up, to just fix one small pipe and service the aircon you installed, only to be met with last-minute excuses — time and again. This is not the standard of professionalism that paying customers expect or deserve. 0/5 rating on service as there aren't any. The Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/mcj.solutions.
