Extremely disappointed with your service. You do not keep to your word, you fail to arrive on scheduled dates, and there is zero communication unless I follow up repeatedly. I have waited entire weeks that has led to months for you to show up, to just fix one small pipe and service the aircon you installed, only to be met with last-minute excuses — time and again. This is not the standard of professionalism that paying customers expect or deserve. 0/5 rating on service as there aren't any. The Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/mcj.solutions. When I wrote this review regarding their poor service. They blocked me. Hopefully this review will help others avoid this situation.
Firstly I would like to thank Saktish Singh for a wonderful experience at Mitmak Motors in Pretoria North this Saturday. To give you all some background, this will be my first motor vehicle that I purchase. I had no clue where to begin or what to look for in the first place. My fiancé and I love Ford and we enquired about a Ford Ranger 2.2. We enquired almost everywhere and Saktish at Mitmak Motors was the only one who was willing to go the extra mile as we were still just browsing. He asked a few questions and sent us some options that fell exactly within our criteria, not trying to over sell. He arranged a viewing with us the following day at our convenience. Unfortunately the bakkie we liked was sold while we were on our way to the dealership. Saktish notified us immediately and set us at ease by indicating that they still have other options for us to look at. At the dealership we received a friendly welcome and followed the Covid procedure. We received a sticker to indicate to all at the dealership that we were visiting. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We sat down with Saktish to view a few options they had at the dealership. The first vehicle he showed was in mint condition. He also assured us that all vehicles get serviced, inspected and approved prior to sale. They offer all extras and even give you the option to add or remove the branding stickers of the vehicle. We booked a test drive that took less than 2 minutes to complete and we were off. Saktish drove infront of us to their other dealership to show us even more options. He explained the buying process to us and advised on our purchase. Really sowing interest in what we need, not trying to push for a sale or making us feel uncomfortable. He then took us to their main dealership where we browsed throught even more options. He showed us the workshop where they service and customize the extras to your liking. Explaining services plans and other options to us. He even took us to view their new stock that just arrived that morning. When we got back to the dealership we had some coffee and Saktish answered all questions we had explaining all our options and helping us decide on what we can afford. He also indicated that we need not worry about getting the vehicle we want as they will make sure they have options ready for us once we are happy and ready to buy. The whole Mitmak Motors tour with Saktish was very pleasant and informative. As a first time buyer I am set at ease and can now make an informed decision. We will truely advise anyone to visit Mitmak Motors in Pretoria North, ask for Saktish and you won't be sorry. We have not purchased the vehicle yet, but we are planning to do so within the next month or so. I know we won't be able to buy the vehicles we viewed as they will probably be sold by that time when looking at the experience and professionalism of the sales personnel, but I know that Saktish will go the extra mile to get us the vehicle not only what we need, but what we want as well. I will write an update once everything is finalized. I truely hope this will help you in your decision to join the Mitmak Motors family. We know we are going to.
<p>Ordered Debonairs pizza tonight at 20h00 at Phillip Nel Park. Order was received and accepted by the store. Still at almost 22h00 no delivery, no call to state that they wont deliver nothing. Cannot reach the store or any assistant for the last 2 hours. It's like you cannot complain about the service because there isn't any... If you cannot deliver, don't accept the order or at least call. I experienced your incompetence several times now. Not delivering all the food, or getting the orders wrong, but now no food at all... Seriously, do something about this as I am SURE I am not the only unhappy customer.</p>
