MCS CLEAR MY NAME ****MERS
MCS CLEAR MY NAME is the biggest ****ming company in the market, they take your money and then do nothing, you can't report them, you cant get your money back. Lillian Gatyeni is the worst employee to deal with, she said that if I pay the money into a direct account my case will move faster, only to find out the account is hers and she is doing it for self gain, I reported this to her manager and they did nothing. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

If you ever want to throw your money away you can trust this company, Lillian is a *****, her employers know this and refuse to do anything because she brings in so much money, this company blocks comments on tik tok and social media... Wonder why!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I reported the case to their legal team and management, I am still waiting for a call for over 8 months. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN URGENTLY.

Bad service
I have never seen any ****mers like MCS payments have been dedicated from my account of about R17300 till to date I am pushed from one person to another and that they are waiting for a feedback and as for Lizzy I don’t want to hear anything coming out of her mouth she doesn’t know what she’s doing at all. I would real appreciate it if I can get a call from management to tell me what the hell is going on or are they ****mers.

BAD EXPERIENCE
They are only reliable until you make payment. Once you’ve paid, they stop delivering and only make empty promises. I completed my payments in July 2024, and now it’s October 2025 — I’m still waiting. Follow-ups don’t help; they don’t take anyone seriously.

BAD EXPERIENCE

Lillian from MCS is unprofessional
I approached MCS with a debt issue. Lillian was extremely QUICK to load a debit check mandate and afterwards was more hard to get a hold of than the president when I had to change the debit order date. Lillian is EXTREMELY unreliable and unresponsive to emails and phone calls when I had to change my debit order date. The only thing she was concerned is was loading a debit order mandate and SHE DISAPPEARED. THIS IS UTTER NONSENSE
