Dear ****mers Bonolo, I just want to express and publicly so tell the world how I was ****med by S&M Debitors Associates all in the name of assisting me with a debit that I since had then I signed with another company for help while that company was working on my account. Latie to be specific promised to help without stating that I cannot sign up with two companies for the same assignment. To cut the story short I agreed to a debit order date of the 27th of each month, guess what my account was debited an amount of R2500.00 on the 23th of January 2026. Since I signed up with them there hasn’t been any communication. I send a request on Monday the 19th January 2026 requesting that they stop everything and not proceed with my application, but because they are used to spending money that they never worked for they responded to my WhatsApp text that somebody will contact me Tuesday I wanted Thursday some y texted me on WhatsApp that my file has been received. To cut the story short on the 23rd my account was debited R2500.00 I made endeless calls pulled from pillar to post till today asking for my refund they are refusing Bonolo who is the receptionist working with whosoever on account to **** people at S&M Debitors Associates and all I want is my money and I am okay with your service you are ****mers maan. Don’t you dare use my ID number or do anything with my information without my permission I will open a ***** case you ****mers and my tears will never fall down to a dead soil. Eat my money and take your kids to school with it.

I have never seen any ****mers like MCS payments have been dedicated from my account of about R17300 till to date I am pushed from one person to another and that they are waiting for a feedback and as for Lizzy I don’t want to hear anything coming out of her mouth she doesn’t know what she’s doing at all. I would real appreciate it if I can get a call from management to tell me what the hell is going on or are they ****mers.
Please can I get some sort of assistance from seniors of Pay Plan Solutions since the current Consultant I feel like she’s just dragging her foot on my case cause if I don’t follow up she doesn’t act nor call for that matter to give me any feedback. Celina Nell is been working on my case to get some responds from FNB since April 2025 and to be honest there is no progress at all she’s rounding in circles some feedback every single day when I do my follow up. Can I get some solutions in this case from Pay Plan Solutions, because it’s clear that Celina Nell is delaying me and it’s either she’s inexperienced or she is just not interesting in getting my case resolved. I will be waiting for your respond and not from Celina Nell, but her manager or someone who can do something about my case. I am tired of following up now and getting the same responds.
This company called Ismail and Dahya Attorneys, is busy abusing power and digging on something that could be resolved by now. An email was send to them from Pay Plan Solutions regarding my accounts weeks ago already to be exact n the 25th April 2025, till to date they have not responded instead their unprofessional agents/consultants are busy flooding my phone with call early in the morning and even after hours. Can whosoever is suppose to respond to the mail send to you respond and start doing what they are getting paid to do and stop calling me as if I own you Ismail and Dahya Attorneys. Please can you respond to the email that Pay Plan Solutions send to you so that the matter can be settled done and dusted. Jemaine Khan, Chantel and Mpho we are still waiting and you are waiting our time on the matter.
I since send through a power of attorney document to Pay Plan Solutions regarding a FNB debt that doesn’t want to end to Celina Nell and to my surprise she has never bothered herself to respond to mail mail nor my calls cause I have been calling as well following up on my mail. Furthermore, nobody at Pay Plan Solutions bothers/care to contact me nor to find out if I was ever assisted or not so that somebody else can jump in and assist me. It’s been more than 6 years now paying FNB the debt is not decreasing instead is increasing crazy nobody can tell me on my account interest brackets at FNB. Please can I get some sort of help Pay Plan Solution and can it not be Celina Nell who assist me cause she failed already.
I am very disappointed in the customer service of Takealot especially the accounts department, I cancelled my order on Tuesday requested for a refund, nobody has even bothered themselves to contact me and manage my expectations in terms of when will I get my funds back and what kind of refund do I preferred instead I’m dealing with a robot or whoever Nazly.V is this person or robot never responds with a proper mail stating what you have asked. A million dollar question still stands, will I ever gone get my money from this bad company called Finxo Capital, because not I’m spend way to much many contacting my bank for the money that was never transferred and the very same manager that used to contact me day and night nonstop wanting to assist me is quiet not even bothered nor to bother himself to assist me in ensuring that I get my funds back. Mr Simon Ross, I have to say this I regret the day I said yes to your service cause I’m disgusted right now and I will advise everyone who wants to join Finxo Capital for trading to NEVER EVER consider your company is bad customer service after making the transfer now is July 2024 I’m still waiting for my funds for God seek. I just want to write this review and express my disappointment to this company FNB it’s a **** even loansharks are better I guess compare to what FNB is doing to people. If you are still young and you are looking to open an account nor looking for financial help never go to FNB, because you will forever work for them all in the name of loan. I mean my loan increased from R30 000 something rand to R46 000 without skipping any payment in a period of less than 6months minding I have been paying monthly. FNB doesn’t care about its client, management has no back bone to even call and see how best they can assist you. You will call nobody will care about you, go to the branches it’s even worse long queues nobody can assist you. I regret the day I opened an account with FNB, the day I took a loan with FNB cause I didn’t know that I have just signed my dead sentence. Young people run with both legs away from First National Bank it’s really sad🥹🥹🥹🥹 FNB is a **** they will keep on activating insurances you never sign up for and when you ask for proof of what they are saying nobody will ever contact you again their consultants are rude and very inconsiderate. People be careful of FNB.
Please can you confirm when will I get my funds back? I mean Friday went and passed, I have send through my bank statement as requested nobody has said anything. Is this how Finxocap treat it’s traders? Then I wouldn't refer anyone to your company it’s bad customer service. My withdrawal was approved on the 11th June 2024, today is the 19th June 2024 still no funds have been transferred to my bank account I mean my banking details have been send, why and what is the delay for and about.
