I’ve had the most horrible experience with a death claim being managed by Sanlam and the POC. 10 Years after my father’s death, Sanlam contacted us for a death claim, we were asked to submit relevant documentation as early as last year November which we did. To follow up on the claim, I emailed Sanlam in December where the email was not rep**** to with the requested information- I was then asked to contact the call centre. Upon contacting the call centre I was told that we had not submitted any relevant documentation after numerous emails sent to us - which was untrue. Yes I am aware of one party having not submitted documentation however the agent did not state that only “some” documentation was required. I was then provided with the email address for the immediate POC working on the claim who TO THIS DAY has never bothered answering any of my pertinent questions such as: 1. When will the payouts be made? 2. What’s their physical address so I can meet them in person because email’s are clearly left unanswered. 3. What the trustee decision entails? Alana remains completely quiet and has not bothered to respond to my pertinent questions. Mind you it’s been 11 YEARS since the deceased has passed away. Sanlam are we going to wait ANOTHER 11 YEARS FOR THE PAYOUT?

Moderate package, if you’re a woman traveling with them I suggest that you be highly alert and conscious of the tour guides that are EXTREMELY flirtatious and May take advantage of one’s naivety.
I approached MCS with a debt issue. Lillian was extremely QUICK to load a debit check mandate and afterwards was more hard to get a hold of than the president when I had to change the debit order date. Lillian is EXTREMELY unreliable and unresponsive to emails and phone calls when I had to change my debit order date. The only thing she was concerned is was loading a debit order mandate and SHE DISAPPEARED. THIS IS UTTER NONSENSE
After 2 months after fitting my rear brake pads and disks my brake pads are worn out. I went to go visit Best Drive Harties to enquire about the time frame it takes for brake pads to get worn out and I certainly believe that it is not 2 months. Upon visiting the branch, my car keys were requested but I was not informed that my vehicle was being taken for a test drive, surely you need permission to drive someone's car correct? After trying to stop the car while it was in motion, I was completely ignored - nice! The car was shortly returned to the testing booths, were a cellphone torch was used to check my brake pads and it was "confirmed" that my front brake pads were worn out. Incredible, I think I need to purchase the cellphones used to detect issues - they must be one of a kind! I then proceeded to ask the mechanic if it had been impossible to see this diagnosis two months ago and he mentioned that he doesn't know, nor does he know WHO fixed the car with the rear brake pads two months ago - Perfect no paper trail whatsoever. BEST DRIVE YOU REALLY NEED TO SHUT DOWN.
I recently changed my debit order date to the last day of the month for my tracker account. On the last day of September the debit order did not go off as I had instructed Tracker to do so. Looking at my banking history, the debit order was loaded to go off on the 11th of October and was successfully debited on the 17th October. Tracker you’re an evil company, why did you debit my account on a day when I duly instructed you to not do so? The lead times for a debit order to go through is 7 days after the initial debit order date. The 11th is 11 days later and the 17th is 17 days later. Clearly you are not bothered about any client requests and you only concerned about debiting money, regardless of the instruction given. These are underhanded tactics and a disgrace to customer service.
I recently showed interest in the Box Fashion and requested a call back. Upon being called back, I was told that I would be sent a R400 voucher after the call for subscribing to The Box Fashion. It has been two months and I still haven't received the voucher while I received the activation email. I have reached out to The Box Fashion on IG commenting on their post regarding give customers a R400 voucher upon subscription, and I received no response.
MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE EVERRRRR! I recently purchased a licence disk for my vehicle through Car Service City. Unfortunately, my license disk went missing right after it got delivered. After calling multiple times for a solution, I was told that there is no car registered to my ID number when in fact I do have a car and the licence disk for that same car was delivered to my home a few days prior. After NUMEROUS complaints, I finally got a number for a superior who attempted to assist. Later a lady called me telling me that I "might" get a reprint but she'll get back to me, 4 days later no attempt for feedback whatsoever. Today, I called Car Service City and apparently I was told by a Ronnel that I had to get a police affidavit. Nothing like that was said to me, ITS A LIE!!! DISGUSTING, DISPICABLE SERVICE.
Dotsure has been debiting my account for the past 6 months after I stopped the debit order with my bank. The bank shows that the debit order is STOPPED, yet Dotsure keeps debiting. Worst of all this month Dotsure debited twice! Dotsure, Stop *****ing from me! I want ALL my money back.
