Mdalisu promised to fix my credit score.. I paid for 6 months the amount of R1, 250 okay well I don't care that they didn't help with anything.. My last month to pay was October 2025...now is 2026 March they started again to deduct from my bank account without any agreement.. When you need help no 1 is willing to help. The phone number I've given is not going through... Mdalisu is a ****.. I need my money back..i went to their branch only to find that they no more... The security told me they not there anymore but when I talk to the lady who called me to join she always tell me the same address

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Mdalisu. In November 2025, I paid the agreed amount with the understanding that my name would be uplifted from debt review. However, there has been no delivery on this promise. In February, I was advised that I needed to wait 12–14 days as they were awaiting feedback from the NCR. As of today, 29 April, I have received no communication, no updates, and no indication of progress. This lack of accountability and communication is highly frustrating. Had I known this would be the outcome, I would have engaged another service provider. The experience has been characterised by false promises and poor coordination, with consultants seemingly shifting responsibility among themselves. At this point, I have lost confidence in their ability to deliver. I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I paid up my account in mid February. Now I'm waiting for a legal team to call me. As of now - I haven't been called and rather ghosted. When I call the office , I'm donating my airtime waiting for someone to pick up. I contacted the WhatsApp number where I only recieved a response from Lindokuhle Makathini 20 mins before their end of day and the chat was closed. I recieved a response from Luyanda Dimba and had the exact same outcome. During this chat - Lindokuhle sent me confidential documents with other clients signatures. So Mdalisu as a company - I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND as they have lost the plot. My own documents could be sent to wrong individuals. It's so easy to take money and to deliver the service is a long process without feedback.

Mdalisu are a bunch of hungry useless imbeciles, stop deducting my money. You did not render any service to me, I called you and told you I cleared my accounts you didn't assist me with anything. Stop ****** deducting my account!!!!

My experience with Ndalisu .I cancelled my service three months ago they still debit every single month every time I phone they say I’ll be refunded. still I have not been refunded and received no feedback that is classed as *****. I have not received any emails and I think their service really sucks I regret contacting them in the first place.

I paid full amount for Mdalisu to remove me from debt review I started 2025 May but till today no communication from them. They deduct money without helping, now I believe that this company is ****ming us. At least it will be better if they update the clients about the progress of our files.
