No response from MDS COURIER

Have not received my delivery since last week Friday with no response. When I call to find out what the delay is I am being told that my issue is escalated, to be honest I just want my parcel which does not look like I will be getting as to date no one is telling me what the hold up is. I am beginning of think that this parcel is lost has there is no way a courier service will not be able to tell you how far your parcel is.

Can someone please assist me in getting my parcel.
