Have not received my delivery since last week Friday with no response. When I call to find out what the delay is I am being told that my issue is escalated, to be honest I just want my parcel which does not look like I will be getting as to date no one is telling me what the hold up is. I am beginning of think that this parcel is lost has there is no way a courier service will not be able to tell you how far your parcel is. Can someone please assist me in getting my parcel. @ Shein please assist with this matter urgently
My husband and I have been trying to cancel my subscription with fly.cool due to the fact that they are unreachable and our internet connection has been off for over 4 weeks now, I just need them to release my line so I can get another service provider however this has also been impossible because we have no one to talk to regarding this. Can someone please assist us in getting ourine released from fly. Cool so we can part ways with them
I applied for an ID smart card and passport on the 09 September 2022, as I was finalizing payment, my slip got stuck and could not print however this matter got resolved hours later, to my surprise I have not received any acknowledgement from home affairs saying that I have applied for smart csrd and passport, when I call their customer line I am told that my profile states "outstanding payment" when I talk to one of the DHA employees I am told that they have done everything it's HO who needs to do their part, I am in need of both my ID and passport it's 1 month now of no response. I really have no idea how to resolve this.
