Really Really bad customer service we have never ever before been treated with such hostility
After battling since Thursday to speak to a decision maker and with promises they would phone me back ,I decided to take the meat with me when going into the butchery ,George the owner was extremely hostile and refused to refund me for the meat I returned ,I will never buy from them again

Bad Meat
I bought a whole lot of meat on the 8th July , have opened pork chops they were off , opened a bag of stewing steak bulk pack which was off and had to throw it away , opened a packet of mince which I had to throw away . Now I get told they can only get refund if meat was bought a day or two ago

Bad Meat

found magotts in my biltong, ribs rotten
i bought ribs that was rotten and two weeks later i bought biltong and found maggotts, took it back and showed the owner. George and he got agresive he wanted to swap the biltong for some other meat and i just wanted a refund, then he got arrogant.
